The only thing you are beating here is the table, like Khrushchev, because all you have is shitty quips and dodging matter of fact discussion.

You do realize I can probably just write some javascript to make your posts invisible on the client side, right?

Or the Russians managed to mislead the Ukrainians into thinking that they had the manpower to take Kiev.

There is no evidence of that being the case. I can't find anyone on any side that has at any point thought Russia was sending half a million men at Kyiv.

Alternately, if you look at the rail and and river map you will notice that Kiev is an important choke point, then using that choke point as a staging area for more reinforcements:
map-ukraine-railroads.jpg
map-ukraine-railroads.jpg

If a deblocking or reinforcement force tries to go through those Russian troops could have hit it or the bridges with artillery and missiles, and taken parts of that force as well as damaged the logistics infrastructure.

Congrats, you've explained why holding Kyiv is important for Ukraine. That has no connection to Chiron's "4D chess Wronkski feint double ruse" nonsense.

Frankly, we are going off of guesswork here, but if Mr. shoeshiner helmet is anything to go by, western intelligence sucks.

The western intel that has accurately gauged Russia's intent, tracked their troop movements and numbers, and only really erred by overstating thier capabilities (an error that the Russians also committed, given reports about them expecting to wrap up this whole conflict in a few weeks). What exactly is your standard for good intelligence?

I'm a Democrat. I'm enjoying a debate on The Sietch because @Agent23 and @Chiron are being beaten so badly in the debate. Like, step up your Nazi game people, you don't want people to actually start thinking you're a reasonable debate forum or something, do you?

If these are paid Russian shills and not useful idiots, Russia's wasting its money so badly. You'd think there would be much stronger issues to harp on when the US is bringing back fucking lend lease. Like, just argue we're playing chicken with a nuclear power and need to back the fuck off from a war Russia considers existential or something. It's not hard to make a coherent argument for staying the fuck away, but no, you have to argue that an operation intended to take less than a week relying on collaborators that didn't exist due to the whole bribery operation being embezzled is somehow going as Russia planned.

Almost nobody in the West expected this to happen. It's not surprising Russians didn't either. You generally had either "Russia won't invade, because invasions are super hard and Russia would have trouble" or "Russia will invade and win pretty easily" before the war actually happened. It's not hard to see why Russia didn't expect another corrupt oligarchy with a president who had a 25% approval rating might not be particularly good at a major war. The people who predicted this were both rare and generally disregarded.

I predicted the invasion and that it would he a fight. Did not think it would be this bad for the Russians though.
Thought they would struggle around the cities for sure. Not this bad though

Let me guess, you just put me on Ignore as well, because your little pee-brain cannot handle being challenged.

Also, it's less me being 'chummy' with them, and more me being willing to admit when I'm wrong. I was wrong about Russia not invading, and I have no interest in holding on to my previous position out of pride or ego, unlike you and your unwillingness to admit when you are wrong.

You'll probably have everyone but Chiron on Ignore before too long, I expect, so have fun in your self-made echochamber.
:ROFLMAO: And then he whines about how no one wants to talk anime and shit with him.

The war is practically over.

Lets see how this one ages.

So you'd assume that they are committing much more troops to objective A and you decide to defend, for which you will need an equal size force.

"You see Ivan, we will simply conceal the true size of our very heavily mechanized formations from the E-8C Joint STARS surveillance aircraft, equipped with a Ground Moving Target Indicator designed specifically to spot heavily mechanized formations moving from hundreds of miles away, by invoking the Ghost Of Lenin."

"But what will you do about the RQ-170, which also has a GMTI radar and is stealthed so it can operate far closer to our troops?"

"The Ghost of Stalin."

"And what about the satellites?"

"We will hide using camouflage nets."

"Even from Synthetic Aperture Radar?"

"CYKA BLYAT ENOUGH WITH THE QUESTIONS"

the Ghost Of Lenin.
"The Ghost of Stalin."
"We will hide using camouflage nets."
In fairness, it seems like the Russian high command invoked the Ghost of the memetic WWII American army as well--nobody knowing what they hell they were doing to such a degree that the enemy wouldn't be capable of knowing either. Thus them not informing officers of invasion plans until the metaphorical last-minute in operational terms and officers informing their soldiers that they're just exercises even up to and potentially beyond the metaphorical last-minute. (The exception being, for some reason, Kadyrov.)

Which, admittedly, the 'mass mob with astounding logistics aimed at the enemy' worked better in a WWII information environment than a 21st-century one...And worked better with the logistics ironed-out/swamped in material to such a degree it could work. And, hell, had Ukrainian defenses collapsed and government yeeted out with the treasury or such as many expected would happen in such a situation (yours truly among them) then...well, Russians wouldn't have needed any of the post one-week logistics or stuff that's bit them in the butt.

You are Staff, just like Marduk; he literally cannot put you on Ignore.

Challenge accepted, also the only people making an echo chamber here are those that suck on Elenski/the Blob/the MSM's teat.

Oh, and inb4 some people decide to whine about the rules, this does not in any way, shape, or form interfere with site operations of the website.
It just "prettyfies" content on the client-side, as per the dictionary.
a group of World Wide Web pages usually containing hyperlinks to each other and made available online by an individual, company, educational institution, government, or organization
But I totally expect that all the Elenski fanbois to try and mass report this, anyways, since they hate people crashing their MSM-sponsored circlejerk party.

Twitter Bans Ex-UN Weapons Inspector For Questioning Ukraine Narrative. Retired US Marine Corps officer Scott Ritter was ‘permanently suspended’ by Twitter on Wednesday after he dared to question the offical narrative about whats happening in Ukraine.

Ritter is a registered sex offender, having been convicted of unlawful contact with a minor and five other charges in a 2011 trial.
Since 2019, Ritter has regularly written op-eds for Russian state-controlled RT, such as about the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
A paid shill and a pedo, serves him right. Truly great company for the people who "question the narrative".

Not really news, they have been trying to muzzle him for a good, long while.
The CIA is still butthurt he gave the game away when he protested against them using his weapons inspections as cover.
