You know shit's hit the fan when the People's Party of Canada is looking like a attractive alternative to the two main parties.
As a fellow Canadian, I find the PPC to be somewhat odd in terms of policy, but at least they're hardliners and not spineless neo-con shits.
Welcome to the position of many Republicans in 2015 seeing Trump on the horizon.
By the way, I don't see too much to worry about on the immigration subject. The PPC just want to implement some measure of control over it instead of open borders. I doubt they want to drive out Canada's immigrant population wholesale.
Edit: And they might actually be a good bet to vote for. They got two percent of the vote in the last general as I understand it, which is a very good showing for so young a party.
