You get to make one Admendment to the Constitution what would it be?

The question of the thread is in the post. My answer would be an Amendment that increases House Representatives terms to four years and Senators to eight but limits the total time allowed in either office to at the most 16 years(although like the 22nd ammendment this part won't apply to the current members of congress who are over that limit as they can be elected one more time). Half of the house would be elected every 2 years as would a fourth of the senate. Oh and it would also establish a independent commission to verfy the drawing of Congressional districts isn't gerrymandered. It would also fix the number of Representatives in the house at a rate of one representative per 750,000 members of the population.

Mentally disabled people should vote, while people of sound mind who happen to be out of work due to bad circumstances shouldn't?
Presumably there would be a grace period for not paying taxes and the right to vote. Besides mental disabilities that can keep people from working have a ridiculously wide range and thus many of said people would be unable to work but mentally fit enough to vote

The Right to Privacy be codified into the constitution so that corporations, non-profits, individuals, government, etc cant collect data without the citizen's consent and if it can be proven that the citizen could not have been able to reasonably find the part of the agreement they made with the company, government, etc to give their consent to have their data collected (eg it cant be hidden in the middle of the terms of service written in garbled legalese) then the individual can sue the company, or other entity for violating their rights and force the entity to delete the data collected along with having to pay $100,000 to not only that individual but also every other person that has had their data collected without their consent.

Edit Execption being those with reasonable proof that that individual has committed a crime for police agencies

  1. The right to overcompensate for Sh*t without judgement.
  2. A balanced budget amendment.
  3. A amendment to prevent the president from pardoning himself under any circumstances. (This isn't a jab at Trump I just think this is crooked and needs to be prevented before it ever happens.
  4. A single subject matter amendment so riders cant be inserted into bills.
  5. A amendment that Senators must be choosen by the legislature rather than popular vote.
And that's the basics
