China Wuhan Virus Pandemic

I give it a month at most before we begin hearing about the virus spreading rapidly throughout China again. In fact, I seriously doubt that they've actually managed to curtail it, as they've claimed; the CCP is just desperate to get the house of cards that is the Chinese economy going again, to postpone the country falling apart for a little while longer.

They are already getting cases from people who got it while traveling and then returned to China; I hear they're enacting a ban on flights to China from countries like Italy.

Apropos of my last post:
I've been told to prepare for working at home, but I'm wondering if it isn't better to keep going to work: I don't need to take public transportation(and traffic is delightfully light now, so it's definitely worth it going by car), and the workplace will be quite empty(it already was today), so risk of contamination is reduced. Of course, if they go for full shutdown, I'll have to stay at home.

Never mind, got a direct order to work from home from my direct superior this morning.

Part of the medical industry reeing like a twitch thot now that a new player entered the town.
Frankly, if they failed to deliver their product on time, and an independent group manages to do it faster and more efficiently than them, then they deserve to go under. I doubt any judge is going to look at this further than "we hate that we are losing money because of THEM! Crush them for us!" and toss the cause out of court.

So, you know how people started throwing a hissy fit about how Trump calls this the China Virus and how people often respond with mentioning the Spanish Flu? Well Wikipedia is trying to swap the name of the Spanish Flu to 1918 Influenza pandemic even though the former name is blatantly more well known:

History being changed and retconned right before our eyes, with the leftards not even giving a shit about what they are doing.

Thankfully it seems that most of the talk page isn't having any of it but still it's rather disappointing of them to even try to do it.

The thing is... "China Flu" technically describes almost every influenza-type pandemic in history. That is the part of the world that they come from. That class of virus will most likely cross from animal to human hosts in that part of the world, because of the livestock-farming practices - and the other problems.

So We're close to 100 pages. Plenty of information.
The USA has declared a national emergency.
Europe is in lockdown.
Turkey decided to send over migrants to Greece to fuck with Europe during a crisis and Europe is on the verge of not taking that shit anymore.
China lied about this shit for months before saying 'yes, there is a problem'. Now they're trying to say we rule you all due to the fact that we produce everything for you and it's America's fault.
Brazil has coronavirus cases.
Africa has coronavirus cases.
Iran is fucked.
That's a poor summary of almost everything.

Well, is calling it the "China Virus" factually wrong? If not, then they don't have a leg to stand on. It originated from China, either through Chinese biotech incompetence, through Chinese culinary "culture", or through a mix of a bit of all. It's the "China Virus".
