Hail to the king baby
Man, the demorats and the Republicunts have both been fucking stupid in their reactions to this virus.
It's history repeating itself. Globalisation and the love of money helped a lot.Man, the demorats and the Republicunts have both been fucking stupid in their reactions to this virus.
To be fair, a lot of people were (and still are, sadly) insisting the Corona virus wasn't something to worry about, regardless of political affiliation. Trump, in my mind, has reacted about as well as one could have expected of anyone in his position. He clarified himself and said that the Democrats were overreacting and that it was all under control. At this point clearly they didn't.
Infection nearly everywhere.
It's history repeating itself. Globalisation and the love of money helped a lot.
Oh it will especially if the gibs some rely on start to run out because the local first worlders need it more.I expect the coronavirus to be really fucking awful in Africa.
Nobody else was able to do much better either. Whole world's about got it.To be fair, a lot of people were (and still are, sadly) insisting the Corona virus wasn't something to worry about, regardless of political affiliation. Trump, in my mind, has reacted about as well as one could have expected of anyone in his position.
Which would also explain why West Virginia doesn't have any cases despite being surrounded by infected states.Only countries that don't have this virus are probably the one that are to poor to do much traveling.
The oversized PM that was acting as a miniature secret forum for the Right-leaning. I can call it an incident or event but the name doesn't really matter at this point only that it happened."The Scandal" oooh, you make it sound so dramatic.
So, you know, several orders of magnitude more tolerant than most forums, including SB. Here you're rightfully mocked for being wrong, rather than, yknow, being hit by mods.
Also, I dont accept your premise. Your phrasing automatically presupposes that the hypothetical libtard in question is right, by asserting their grievances are legitimate.
I am speaking as an outsider. I came here and honestly didn't see many identifiable Leftwing users on this site. Here or elsewhere, right. See, it's like you didn't even pay attention to what I said.
I am not sure where you are finding that. When it started what I saw on the news was worries of an outbreak, how china was messing up the early response, and when it spread people panicking in and out of china and many chinese and other asians were being treated as plaguebearers. So we're just going to pretend that the whole "Thank God for China" and "Talking about Corona is a racist dogwhistle" periods in leftist media just... didn't happen, huh.
To me he didn't. He brushed it off when he should have been alert and ready to act instead of the haphazard taskforce just cobbled together. To be fair, a lot of people were (and still are, sadly) insisting the Corona virus wasn't something to worry about, regardless of political affiliation. Trump, in my mind, has reacted about as well as one could have expected of anyone in his position.
Even the Arctic teams got trouble.Only countries that don't have this virus are probably the one that are to poor to do much traveling.
...This isn't true. The bill contains no provisions for abortion funding, Republicans have been trying to add an amendment that would ban abortion funding in some instances to the bill.In addition, the House is holding up negotiations on a COVID-19 response package due to Speaker Pelosi demanding that it include direct funding for abortions in contravention of the Hyde Amendment. How funding abortions is related to COVID-19 is well beyond me. This shows just how seriously officialdom is actually taking COVID-19. Ignore what they say, watch what they *do*.
Given the economic effects of the epidemic (especially the restrictions on public gathering) these measures are going to be pretty important in the long run. There is maybe one or two useful parts of the bill. But ultimately, most of it is just welfare expansions. The previous, already signed bill, had most of the stuff needed, like paying for test kits, etc.

Well, you may as well go evaluate how "correct" Ioseb here is, because apparently Harvey Weinstein is right-wing. Or how evidence is too hard to trust. Point is, we got our opposition here already.

Very disappointing.I must admit, I didn’t expect much from my government or the EU, but they both fell so flat in this crisis that I am absolutely flabbergasted.
It seems like no one is steering the boat, for all the good they do...
With permanent lung damage I reckon.Still counts
Question, any truth on the whole “young people” are more or less likely to recover from the virus better?
With permanent lung damage I reckon.
Considering the grammatical error I assumed there was a missing "every" there.I said possible. As in there is a possible chance they (whoever they are) have a legitimate grievance. I do not immediately condemn another user and I want to hear them out before passing judgement. That is what I was meaning to say.
From one example.Man my family’s been downplaying it then
From one example.
After the coronavirus, some patients face ongoing lung damage

I'm not saying he's done a good job of it; but quite frankly, epidemics (let alone pandemics) are notorious in catching governments unprepared. And thus far, none of the world's leaders have proven themselves to be capable of handling this one. I'd argue there's not as much shame in being incompetent, when everyone else is too.To me he didn't. He brushed it off when he should have been alert and ready to act instead of the haphazard taskforce just cobbled together.
