It never ceases to astound me how people who's career is dependent upon their public image do dumb shit like this on their public twitter in full view of everyone. At least use a burner account or some shit what the hell are you thinking?!
It is quite puzzling.

Ok, it's actually worse because she initially doubled down but deleted the doubling down later.
1. Are you listening to ANYTHING Trump has said about the virus?
2. Do you realize Trump reduced the virus to a common flu?
3. I know sarcasm is hard to read in a tweet, but you are usually a bit quicker than this. Next time I will use more emoji's just 4 you

The quote's missing a bunch of emojis which just make it look dumber but I've no real way of copying those over so it's easier to just see the archive link.

Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.

She replies back in emojis. What's that about eloquence that Trump lacked?

This one?

But Emojis are hip and cool, didn't you know?

But jokes aside, past a certain threshold, emoji usage is an immediate marker for cringe (politicians are usually on the wrong side of that threshold).
And as for the woman who posted the original tweet, I've belatedly realized that her account and low res background pic reeks of Boomer. And where'd she make that original picutre, some kind of aesthetic BG generator? Why not just type it in a post, did she think it was that profound? Oh well, the hag locked her account anyway.

Peoples memories are selective and short term, they also don’t always look up the media

Also, they can delete tweets and guys who repost them can be dismissed

Now I'm wondering, would "self defense" be a working defense if you shoot someone who coughed at you? If there are people willing to intentionally infect other people by coughing at them, does this fall under "assault with deadly intend" or something? In California you're free to riddle as many people with as many stds as you want, and no one can do anything about it legally. How is that in the rest of the USA?

Actually most states (including California) *have* criminalized deliberate STD infection.

As for coughing...let's say that I, someone with mild asthma) am walking along a busy crowded street in the opposite direction from you. I catch a whiff of someone's extremely foul cigarette, and start coughing violently. You are almost directly in front of me when this occurs and shoot me dead because you think I'm trying to cough on you when a spasm causes me to double over in your direction. I can tell you, the cops are not going to be impressed by your claim of self defense.

Now, if I go out on social media, proclaiming I want to do that, you may have a case if I start coughing towards you, but at that point I would suggest contacting the cops because of threats being made against you.

So a couple of things would have to hold. First, there is the duty to retreat. But if the person is spreading it randomly to anyone he can, that goes away. Second, there person must be posing a danger to life or serious injury. If he's shouting 'I have ebola' and coughing at random people, this works. But if he isn't announcing his disease, this would probably fail.

Actually, duty to retreat is only a thing in DC and Vermont. Most states either recognize stand your ground or don't say one way or the other, so it's a de facto "use common sense here."

Anyway...I asked a lawyer friend about this, and no. STDs are an exception because with AIDS, there is no cure for it. But Ebola, Coronavirus, and the flu aren't "deadly weapons" so, no, you'll just be looked at by the authorities like you're insane.
