As the USA is big country, meets most of its natural resouces needs on its own and can feed itself it fares relatively well. All exports and imports are gone. Industrial capacity needs to be rebuild - expect clashes with green fucktards. Rebuilding some supply chains will take months, others - years or decades. Coffee? Natural rubber? These will take decades.

Cooler heads will team up with Britain to stop the transatlantic slave trade. Whatever part of the USN and CG had been in ports (territorial waters?) should be able to do much good in the Carribean and vicinity. No slave imports post-1800 means different Cuba, Brasil etc.
France will be told to get the fuck out of Haiti. The country's history is changed for the better - US protection means no indemnity to France c. 1825 which impoverished Haiti for the rest of the XIXth century.
In Europe - once historical info reaches it, I'd expect France to be dogpiled - Spain switches sides, Prussia joins early - and beaten. Napoleon might be assassinated, some of the never-to-be Marshals jump ship. Bourbon restoration in France, status quo ante bellum restored in 1802.
Europe is unrecognizeable by 1810, the rest of the world follows.
