Those that have not commited federal crimes are the ones that are only held a few hours. The ones that are are being held a lot longer
 
Today on "As the World Burns..."

So far, I've seen exactly ONE video of someone getting (peacefully) vanned, and one video of an Antifa hammer-thug getting grabbed as he was pounding on a federal building. The optics don't exactly justify the leftist shrieking. But, those two videos and the accompanying shrieking seem to have created an atmosphere of fear among the rioters.

In my opinion, this is a sound strategic move for Trump, even taking the aforementioned shrieking into account. The entire Leftist attempted color revolution we're watching play out depends on the trust fund anarkiddies believing they've entered a zero-consequence zone once they've masked up and grabbed a riot pack. The media runs cover with propaganda, and the subtext is that as long as they don't commit murder, the DA and the mayor will have their backs.

But 23-year-old white suburban kids aren't into real risk-taking or real dissent. A face full of pepper spray or a Cool Scar or a black eye is a fun war story. Ten years in the slammer and a felony on your rap sheet ruins your whole fucking life. The gas is gonna go out of Antifa really quickly if the Left's power people can't figure out how to stop the feds.

Federal crimes are a lot worse then the local ones. So it is a lot worse for them in general.

If there's one thing we've learned thanks to the months of riots, it's that the law protects no one so long as no one is willing to enforce it. Where was the law when rioters burned down buildings, destroyed public property, took over entire city blocks, and killed innocent people? But the moment said rioters show up outside the mayor's house, then the cops start doing the job they should have done months ago?

Forget about plain clothes officers arresting people in unmarked vehicles; as has been previously pointed out in this thread, that's nothing new, and is something that has been going on sporadically for decades. Complaining about it only now just shows how easily manipulated you are by the mainstream media. Besides; the Democrats have already established that they will ignore the law whenever it suits their political agenda, and I'd argue that's a far worse precedent to set.

Literally a unmarked Fed van pulls up, two men in full kit exit, arrest someone and puts them in the Van. In another video a large group of Fed officers are attacked by a man with a hammer when they failed at holding the feds inside the building. Again in full kit.
 
Why do the feds even bother trying to make arrests, there are too many of them to even put in jail and most will probably be released VERY early?

If they’re gonna arrest them, may as well just get all their pics and profiles and wait for them to tire out of rioting and then arrest them

You act like the Democrats will give two shits about the law if they gain power. They will not.

They will plow over whatever standards, precedents, or laws that stand in the way of their ideology along with anyone that defies them.

At the end of the day, I believe that the time is coming that we will have to make a choice.

Cling to the constitution and hope it protects us as the marxists as they continue their foolish march to false utopia, or fight with every means and tool available to us to keep them out of power even if that means tearing the constitution and severing the bonds of union ourselves.

Because if we use those tools and means, there is a chance that something of the first republic will be preserved and a second republic can rise from the ashes.

If the marxists and their democrat enablers gain power, the republic will be destroyed root and branch and may not rise again for generations.

I do not believe, at this stage, that the republic as we now know it can be preserved for more than a decade. Less even than that if the democrats take control.

Now hold on there; I think you're going a bit too far. There's no reason we should abandon the constitution; we merely need to be aware of the realities of conflict, and that we are currently in a struggle for the nation's survival.
