No, but it'll be unwatchable for a different reason.

Or you know, unwatchable for both reasons. Doubt there's much of a market for watching 4th string NBA players in drag.

I have looked up actual studies on this issue, and the conclusion was that no, it's not neurological but also not social; males have faster physical reaction times because they have stronger muscles that take less time to get the body physically moving.

Apparently, this is an actual thing that is studied due to the false start rules in sprinting.

My reading of the article took this to mean that the different roles of men and women (like men being hunters, something which required good reaction times) was an evolutionary pressure leading to biological differences over time. Hence why the "throughout human history" is relevant.
