Yeah, it's more-or-less incest and the "Crown Prince/Princess" has a parent who is both her semi-biological father and her stepfather at the same time

So they're all Lannisters, except Monty Python's version of Arthur was a brunette, so lest incestuous

Though maybe Targaryen's the better description due to being "Pendragons" or "Chief-Dragons" or "Head-Dragons"
