Movies The Cuck Movie or "This is What the Left Really Believes"

Considering that the left controls Hollywood, that shouldn't be all that surprising. Probably the closest I can think of are the "God's Not Dead" movies which paint atheists, agnostics, and secularists with a rather broad brush.
Yeah but they don't end with a young atheist being spoken to directly by like a Richard Dawkins analog he needs to shoot up a church.

I've seen the future...
Movies that paint the “opposition” in broad strokes and group them together as the “enemy”....yeah, that sounds familiar. There's something chilling about the tone though. Hell, I remember Hollywood put out a bunch of antiwar, anti bush films during the Bush II era, and that was mostly preaching aimed at the Bush administration, or so I like to remember. This feels aimed more directly at the “right wing” in general, or anyone remotely sharing any of their views. And it’s not the first movie or tv show to adopt this tone either.

We’ll see what else gets churned out next year, but I am dreading 2020 and beyond.

and for films like this Assassination Nation comes to mind as another extremely left wing political film.

I suppose you could also count films like runaway jury, ms sloane, and all those other anti-gun films were the courts are shown handing down all the anti-gun judgements and rulings that they never do in real life (and also the pro-gun side is totally evil and corrupt and totally at fault for whatever), though that's less a "message" movie and more just wish fulfillment.

Yeah, but the first one does end with Dean Cain leaving his SO because she's sick and following it up by running over Kevin Sorbo and then running away.

Oh, right, Dean Cain was in that, I'd totally forgotten that (or zoned out and wasn't paying attention to that).

Funny story about that scene, I was totally predicting that Sorbo would end up getting a ride with those two pastors and converting at the end, because that kind of sappy cliched stuff always happens in these movies. I think him getting hit by a car was the only original idea in that film.

The religious conservative movies are like Cuck in that they lay propaganda on pretty thick, but they aren’t as hateful as Cuck is and they don’t demonize their ideological foes in the same way. God’s Not Dead has an obnoxious atheist professor in it, but he’s neither a complete monster nor flawed in every possible way, he’s only slightly a straw man really. Unlike the people in Cuck who are complete fantasy boogie men.

There's multiple times in the film where he is basically told he shouldve gone to college and that would have solved everything.

:LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL:😢😢😢😢😢😢

I went to college, I went to community college first and got an AA then I got two degrees on top of that. Then I did research for a living. I live in a used RV in a trailer park.

College is not some panacea that will make your life better, it is not a ticket to a better job, and if your not lucky like me and pay for everything with scholarships it can leave you with crippling amounts of debt because its essentially the price of a fucking house.

So no college will not solve your economic problems, if you want work your better off going into a trade school

I've always wondered about that as a what if for me if I knew personally how hard it is to find work.

Probably not guaranteed but from what I heard you can start earning money faster than by studying those years in college.

If you aren't physically or mentally disabled its an incredibly easy line of work to break into. You in all likelihood still can.

This movie is exactly what it was supposed to be. It's not intended to change minds. It's not intended to reach people and make them see the light, or redeem people.

It's propaganda intended to fire up the left wing base. To add fuel to the us vs them mentality. Politics is basically religion these days, and this is just to show those righteous left wingers what the devil looks like. It doesn't matter that it's not accurate. It's a sin to have discussions with these evil people and realize this isn't how they think. This is why people try to deplatform rather than talk. The enemy is EVIL and we can't give evil a platform.

The goal here is to divide, the goal is to inflame left wing rhetoric and encourage hatred. The goal is to paint "them" as evil. It's a shallow and pathetic piece of propaganda.

Shit like this is why we can't have discussions very often anymore. When the sides are painting each other as evil, what discussion is to be had? This piece of hot garbage is just fanning the flames.

Every job I ever got the interviewer just glanced over my college degrees and focused solely on my years of experience. That is what young people need to hear. Having work experience is way more important than a degree any day and all day.
