Golden Age Empire (Stellaris, All Tech & Psionics)
Composite Fallout Humanity (Pre-War, Post-War Technology, Pre-Resource War lvl Resources, Pre-War and Post War combined manpower and experience and assets)
Composite Skynet (All EU, Timelines up until Genesis)
Composite X-COM Humanity (Enemy Unknown up to X-COM 2, ADVENT resources are included and all EU as well)

Notable technologies and abilities of this fusion that should be taken into consideration for the discussion.
-Phasing Power Armor
-Psionics Defensive and Offensive abilities
-Immunity to Psionic Attacks
-Mass Producible bullet proof armor (Combined FO Power Armor with the Resilience of X-COM power armor)
-Time travel (If loosing this fusion can reset the clock and prepare for the invasion better and predict strategies with perfect and are amazing at ambushes)
-Infiltration (Synths from the Institute, T-1000 terminators, Mind Reading)

Already established Defenses in this SINGLE Solar System of this fusion are the following (More can be argued with prep time)
  • Golden Age Citadel is at the center of the Sol System and is the main bulkward of the System (Stellaris)
  • Defensive Orbital Rings have been built on Earth, Mars, Venus which all have planetary shields and tens of thousands of Guardian Point Defense systems per ring section (Stellaris)
  • The Moon has a massive "airbase" housing 30,000 Firestorms (X-COM)
  • Every naval carrier of this fusion has Firestorms as the strike craft (Stellaris/X-COM)
  • 1,000 GA Titans, 10,000 GA Battlecruisers, 100,000 GA Escorts serve as the systems Navy (Stellaris).
  • Mars has a Mega Shipyard that can build hundreds of Stellaris GA Battlecruisers or a thousand.GA Escorts a day (Stellaris).
  • Earth's standing Military is a voluntary force 100 Billion strong in "Peace Time" and this is not including the significantly larger auxiliary such as Gen 3 Synths or T-800 Terminators or S.H.I.V's/SPARKS (Fallout/Skynet/X-COM)
  • Standard Equipment for Human Infantry is X-02 Power Armor with completed AER14 Laser Rifles (Fallout)
  • Every Squad in this fusion will have at-least one fully upgraded/capable Psionic being with Templar abilities included (X-COM)
  • Every "Company" sized formation comes with a minimum of 10 Liberty Prime mechs (Fallout).
  • There is a teleporter in every military installation that can deploy battalion sized formations to reinforce other military bases in mere minutes of an alert being sent out. (Fallout)
  • The Fusion has the combined industry of Composite Fallout and Composite X-COM, three planets are heavily industrialized and militarized (Earth, Terraformed Mars & Venus)
  • There is a time travel machine deep inside the Cheyenne Complex defended by multiple Sigma Enclave squads in Tesla Armor, the entirety of X-COM and dozens of T-1000's. The time machine will be activated and can send people or knowledge back up to 100 years into the past and only takes 30 minutes to activate.
  • There are dozens and dozens of orbital Habitats spread across the "Sol System". The total population of biological beings across this single system is 10 Trillion.

What's the strongest invasion this highly defended Solar System can fend off?

Honestly, chopping off Stellaris would make this pretty interesting as a single system/planet scenario since the other three entities are arguably solar system scale of power.

Stellaris is needed for a Navy other wise any ship can just bombard the planet from outside their range

Also planetary shields 😱

Oh that's true. I forgot about all of the scifi debates that end with orbital bombardment from a bajillion AU's away even though it's a tactic never depicted in anyone of the scifi settings that are argued will employ them.

EDIT:

It's like most of space warfare people have seen onscreen or in video games was people just stopping in the middle of the vacuum of space and pooping rocks and slugs and missiles at planets that'll unexpectedly hit their planetary targets hours later.

Anyway I think the bulk of the ground forces are gonna be gnarly

Mass Liberty Prime and every infantryman in the Enclaves best power armor which can be further armored up with X-COM be metallurgy

Also Plasma S.H.I.V's will flood the skies and make short work of invaders that use tanks. Not to mention teleporting Terminators into enemy formations.

Okay I'll get started. A Flood invasion.

Fallout power armor and weapons will pretty much laugh off infection attempts and T-1000's will solo an entire Hives

Liberty Primes will also neg any Flood forms on the ground with laughable ease, heck just regular Fatman's on the ground will be enough

Oh no Flood swam? Say hello to MIRV mini nuke. A single power armored trooper with a MIRV Fatman and large supply of mini nukes would hold off thousands of Flood with each mini nuke volley killing hundreds per volley

The Independence Day Harvesters had some pretty insane feats and they got taken out by a computer virus :p

Well technically the virus just took down the shields, it's the nuke that took out everything else.
The Fusion can just teleport a couple anti matter bombs rigged to explode inside the mothership with a couple synths escorts to make sure it blows up.
