Movies Starship Troopers: The bugs did nothing wrong

I disagree.
Verhoeven disagrees w/ you:

Uh... without wanting to interrupt a perfectly good diatribe, for a good chunk of Paul Verhoven's childhood his home country, the Netherlands, was under Nazi occupation.
Yes ... when he was around the ages of approximately 2 to 6. Saying he got a deep understanding of fascism at an age he probably could barely remember any of is stretching it.

Verhoven is also a colossal retard, this is obvious when he couldn't be bothered to read a single novel for his future film.
"They sent the meteor" can be ignored unless he gives a reason HOW they sent the meteor.

It'd be like George Lucas saying "Yoda destroyed the Death Star" without explaining how that occured. What? Yoda ACTUALLY blew up the Death Star now?

Proton torpedo up the butthole. :p

Yeah, originally his film had nothing to do with Starship Troopers: He just wanted a "space marine versus giant space bug" film (and the original title, IIRC, was "Attack at Outpost Something").

Someone recommended him Starship Troopers due to its similarities, he basically had it summarized to him like a Wikipedia article does with topics, went "great!", and copy/pasted the names/concepts over his existing script and themes.

Yeah I know the original concept was different, but that still doesn't explain how they launched a meteor. We cannot just assume ridiculous claims like 'the bugs who can barely get into space managed to snipe a country from across the galaxy'.

Giant network of Brainbugs using their combined telepathic thinking to do the trajectories, while a legion of Plasma Bugs shitting out enough plasma to fire off the asteroid like a bullet? I dunno.

Dude.

They are the giant bug ship.
They don't have any in the film.
They literally say it in the movie.
The bugs used thier plasma to launch it.

We know bugs exist on other planets outside Klandathu as well...
The plasma is VERY slow and lacks the energy to make a meteor go where they want, let alone accurately. Also all the other planets seen with bugs are in the same system.

The plasma cuts right through Federation ships and doesn't stop.
That is a boat load of energy, especially if they gi that slow from planet to orbit.
They literally tell you ij the movie they used plasma to launch it

Read what you wrote, it cut through the ship, it didn't launch the ship into the other half of the galaxy.
"They" are untrustworthy propaganda spreaders, why would they tell the truth lmao.

Considering the sillyness of the anti-starship plasma bug, I LOL at you thinking they can't breed a FTL capable bug big enough to push a asteroid.

Is it nuts? Sure, but it fits in well with the rest of the movie.

Heck, there's telepathy in that universe, so there might be telekenetic bugs.

There's telepathy, so you're suggesting the bugs 'convinced' a rock to move?
And there evidently is no such thing as an FTL bug as we never see one. :V

An asteroid is bigger and thicker then a ship, and diffrent material

Of course, we see said meteor and it doesn't have a convenient hole bored into it. Nor does the plasma rounds appear to launch objects anyways. We're not even sure what the plasma bugs are actually even designed to do.
It also doesn't answer the question of how they managed to target an object that they cannot see.

We have the creator saying they launched it, the feds saying they launched it and even how

Creator is a tard and changes his mind all the times, the feds are known liars and are actively trying to make human society similar to that of the bug's.

...but isn't your argument that because the director says they are fascist the bugs the good guys...that it is true?
And when have the Feds lied in the movie?

That is not my argument nor has it ever been, the director doesn't even really know what fascism is because 99.9% of people don't understand it's an italian political concept instead of an overarching one.

The feds lie all the time in the movie lmao.
