Thanks to many years of work I have come close to perfecting my Account Flagship. The Battleship Nimitz. Just got to get all the weapons to Epic now.:)

I just managed to do that during this upgrade weekend. Still need to rengineer them so they've got the quadruple damage mods I prefer (because clever tactics are for sissies, just pump the base damage and kill people like a real man).

I am the kind of guy who just uses torpedoes to due a whole hell of a lot of damage once shields fall and use phasers to lower shields. At least as a Starfleet member

I favor hybrid builds. As you can see my dps is nothing to sneeze at. And this is not my most powerful boat. But nothing wrong with Torp builds either. :)
 
Greetings all.

I have a plan, and I think it may be well received amongst the Space Barbie crowd.

My plan, once I gather all the pieces, is to do a series of YouTube videos that will showcase one ship per video and showcase how every visual effect from the variour visual slot-enabled items out there.

As an example of what I am talking about, I put together this image collection:

Oberth-class with all visuals (except Disco Rep)

The goal is to do this with every ship, ranging from the lowliest T1 all the way up to the promo ships and every ship in between.

Is this something you guys would want to see?

The last I played STO I think I was grinding to get some event ship on my feddie, I tend to not really care about damage/fps on the weapons and just like 'does this work better than the last one and look cool, shove it in'.

I have a krenim science ship on my caitian fed/not-kzin klink that I've slowly been just, getting all the omni-beams shoved on, because I liked the idea of 360 beam coverage on a ship that doesn't really need it at all, because I'm weird. (I love how I can throw the turn-rate on the krenim science ship into overdrive though, lets me fire off torpedoes from the nose and turn to the other side all zoomy on my more serious builds.) I should probably get back into STO eventually.

I actually do that ad well. Just depends on it if I like the way it goes. From angle or not and all that

I have finally completed my build for the John Paul Jones. It is to be a Tal Shiar Trolling ship. Because what better to Troll the Tal Shiar with than a Federation Battleship armed with Romulan weapons and Captained by a Klingon. :devilish: :LOL:
