Should I drink milk?

Family keeps going on about how fat it is and stuff related to my family’s predilection to cancer and diabetes on both sides

I think my leg bones have been feeling more and more weaker and not just due to a lack of physical activity

Just so you know, I run out of milk quick whenever I get my hands on it, really takes awhile to get more too

Well, I recommend drinking milk, ALWAYS do. Find other types of milk is normal milk is hard to get, or get the 2% and the like or low fat skim milk if needed

If you are not Lactose intolerant then yes you should drink milk. I recommend 2% Milk myself.
I recommend Chocolate milk as well, especially if you are going to be doing some workouts.
2% is honestly the best, but I enjoy some whole milk on some days

I tend to drink Chocolate Almond Milk myself. It is good.

YES! I drink about 2.5 gallons of whole a week, sometimes more, and am losing weight on it. It's the greatest drink in the world except half and half.

Honestly with the amount of calories and junk food I eat, there’s no problem really for my health

Only problem is that I run out too quickly

I buy 3 gallons at a time, sometimes four if I'm taking time off of work.

Note that your body cannot absorb certain vitamins and minerals (The important one in this instance is Calcium) without a certain amount of fat to dissolve the nutrients in, so non-fat milk gives you significantly less nutritional value than milk with a bit of fat left in it. I recommend against less than 2% personally and prefer whole milk myself.

If you are lucky enough to live in the areas it's sold in, Braum's has what I believe to be the highest quality milk of any grocery store chain. They maintain their own dairy herds and offer only extremely fresh milk, because they pull the milk off the shelves if it doesn't sell immediately and turn it into the cheese they also sell so their milk is of superior quality to most.

Their meat, on the other hand, is junk since it's harvested from their old dairy cows and is deeply inferior to that from cattle bred for meat and slaughtered young. Never buy Braum's meat.
