Serious question about anti-Semitism.

I try not to be a single-issue voter, but since I'm a transgender girl, that's pretty much the biggest single issue for me. I had a certain degree of hope regarding Trump in this regard because of his inclusive decisions regarding transgender women participating in the Miss America pageant, but pretty much all of his administration's decisions on transgender issues have gone against. I suspect this is mostly Mike Pence's influence, but it's a consistent trend which establishes that Trump *at least* doesn't care enough to rein Pence in.

Edit: That said, this kinda diverges from the subject of the thread?

Trump do not try prosecute lgbt people, and there is no proof that he would try.Biden,on other hand,is supporter of dudes which burn american cities.
What is more important for you, transgender Miss America, or unburned cities ?

Trans people of course. Have you not been paying attention where insurance will take care of everything?

The media loves going on about how trans people are literally being genocided as we speak.

It's gotten to the point where you tell a transgender person "I disagree with your way of life..." and you get doxxed, fired, and ostracized from society even before you can finish the sentence "...but that doesn't give me the right to tell you how to live yours."

Anyway, as thread tax, seen the wokies going on on Twitter about how anti-Semitism is, and I quote, "punching up"?

I don't think that Jews, if suddenly stricken with mass amnesia and forgetting their ethnicity, would be distinguishable from anyone else. No one really likes a stranger though and groups that you can't be a part of are scary in the same way a gang is scary. Cults for example, are rarely welcomed into an area.

Well, that sounds nice but bacon and lager are pretty much two out of the two food groups for me. Kosher them up and I'll consider it.

Jews have no issue with lager (assuming you mean the beer type)
turkey bacon is also a thing.
When I was four I was sitting in church, listening to the pastor ranting about how this part of the book PROOVED that part of the book and I absolutely choked on it. My skepticisim gene was activated very early and since then I pick my religions based solely on how good the rec center is. Not too many Jews hereabouts so the pickings are slim. I at least want to see some pool tables to switch my brand of gibberish. Blah blah blah we don't know. It boils down to be good for your own good and we'll see about the rest.

I'm an atheist myself. Science always made much more sense than the bizzare ravings of ancient texts.

I just pray you never run into an actual supernatural entity. Me and a few of my coworkers have. And trust me that turns hardcore skeptics into believers in an instant. Especially when you see a pipe wrench raise up off of a bench and fly across the room on it's own. That happened to a friend of mine 4 years ago and it was not a prank.

Someone told me to check the shoulder buckle on my old climbing harness, just like they were standing beside me once, when I was standing in a very high place and getting ready to walk across a tower cross member with nothing for handholds but a cargo sling looped from above. If I'd slipped with that buckle loose then I would have flipped upside down and come right out of the harness when I came to the end of the rip stop. All that would be left is an insurance company trying to say it was a suicide.

That one was really obvious, but I don't know how many times I've been tooling along on my motorcycle, come to the green light, looked at some oncoming juggernaut and heard something like 'wait,' or 'he isn't going to stop,' only for the oblivious idiot to blow through the red.

I'm never going to pretend that I know it all because I've seen weird things too. I just doubt if anyone else knows that much more than me. If God wanted us to have one true religion or hard and fast rules he'd have written it across the moon in a language that we could all read from birth. We're free to make our own way, but I think that if we can't derive the basic rule of 'don't be the turd bobbing in the punchbowl of life,' then we tend to get what we deserve.

Honestly all of the great religions tend to have a message of don't be an asshole, do that and your more or less good.

That said I'm not going to turn some one down if they want to join the tribe but I'm not going to force them either.

Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.
In the anti semite world how much do they blame atheism on the Jews especially when communism started to take hold?

How does a man who died in a police action gone wrong in 2020 goes in the holocaust museum?
