So an evil bored ROB offers to give Russia 250,000 absolutely loyal Destiny Guardians (Jumpships and Sparrows included) if Putin not only continues his war with Ukraine but also try to annex the rest of the world with the exception of existing allies.

To make things interesting the Evil ROB handwaves all WMD's from every country including Russia.


Can Russia win with their small army of Undead?
Russia must demand and achieve unconditional surrender from every country sanctioning it to achieve victory, if its government collapses or surrenders it loses.

Short answer, yes. Taking apart the jumpships and replicating the technologies alone ought to be enough, giving them neigh-indestructible supersoldiers with magical powers and taking away enemy WMDs on top of that is overkill.

Tbh with how slow Russia is in research it's going to take them many decades to make use of Jump Ship technology.

They'll also have to wisely use the right ratio of troops for offensive and defensive actions.

I don't know if it's even possible for enough to be built. The U.S. Military just has too much firepower that the only way the Guardians could win is by burying their adversaries with numbers until they run out of ammunition... and their knife bayonets chip and shatter and they finally keel over from exhaustion and possible dehydration.

Also I never played Destiny.

Guardians are super human infantry with space magic powers using magical baseball sized golem drones that can resurrect them infinitely unless said drone is killed by a direct hit from a Heavy Weapon or Artillery strike.

Some feats relevant would be several meter range teleportation, enhanced reflexes faster than 100 millisecond reaction time, FTE movement speed, high caliber weapon resistant, defensive elemental auras (Melt 50.cal light bullets to sizzling droplets upon contact or lightning aura intercepts incoming rounds like a trophy system), enhanced stamina & pain tolerance, enhanced physical attributes (multi tonners) ect.

I'm not sure where the Hell you got a quarter of a million Guardians from, but this is a stomp for them. Remember, most of them do have dropships which are probably faster and quicker turners than any fighter jet we have. They'd also have uncontested orbital supremacy.

Now the big problem is their force being spread over the entire world, as Guardians are not the best at organisation. They are warriors without peer in their home universe, but very poor soldiers indeed. Unit cohesion seems to fall apart beyond their close knit strike teams. Their best bet would be to do what they do best in their home verse: decapitation strikes.

But as a force of global occupation? Oh they'd get whittled down over a very long insurgency.

Umm we can look at Pizzaro and the Inca's and see how numerically inferior forces were able to take and control the land. Also worst case if the insurgency is too annoying go full Mongol and genocide everyone and bring in new colonists.

They could use stasis people as Hostages/Bargaining chips since only stasis users would be able to reliably free them without harm.

Hostages work if there is another power. If they are taking over the WHOLE WORLD that makes them a liability. What if they break out somehow?

I don't see how even Fallen Captains who have super human strength can't under their own power.

Anyone trying from the outside would need to thaw them out very very carefully.
