Shockingly the 2020 Republican Party had their first primary debates, hosted in the basement of the Business Insider building or something. I know what you are all thinking, how did we not know about this? I didn't even realize they were even having Republican Primary debates until after it happened.
But they did happen.
I mean sure the debates weren't even approved by the Republican Party and is basically a half hearted effort wholly sponsored by the Business Insider to host the three "main" Republican candidates in the primary besides the incumbent but shockingly, even one of those three Republican Primary candidates even declined to attend due to a scheduling conflict. Mark Sanford must be a busy guy...
