Furthermore he was driving a Dodge Charger belonging to the Sheriff's Department... While on duty... With no lights or sirens on!

On one hand I'm glad I found Rent A Hitman site, it's really funny, but on the other hand, media pointing out the site is fake might prevent further saves like this.

The url for the site could end with .fbi.gov instead of .com and people would still get caught by it almost daily because people are just flat out that dumb.
Consider all the criminals who get arrested because they bragged on social media about the illegal thing they just did - or livestreamed themselves doing it - if you doubt me.

A guy named Mohammed had a ton of ammo and a grenade, along with every gun-grabber's favorite gun in his car, and he apparently came upon a traffic accident in town and waited for the responding police officers to group up before opening fire on them. He also shot a bystander who was trying to get away. As it happens, there was another officer there who was not in the group standing around talking and he was able to take this guy out. The thinking is that since there was a fair in town, this guy was hoping to do this, and then head over to the fair while the police were all swarming the scene of this shooting and trying to figure out what happened, which is why he tried to kill the bystander, too.
As I said, an AR-15 was used, apparently with American flag stickers and such on the magazines, and the FBI also just happened to be in town, and was involved when the police evacuated the apartment building this guy lived in and searched his apartment.

Is it their fault that the FBI likes to travel?
FBI were probably tracking him as a person of interest right up to the point where he did something, as they seem to always do like with the Draw Muhammad shooting.
FBI False Flag or not, this discussion is obscuring some amazing apparently actual events that occurred in this story, such as how one of the police officers literally went above and beyond if the article is accurate.
So the cops come to investigate a crash stop, the shooter mows down three police officers before they can even reach for their weapons and not just nicking them, they were all killed or critically wounded. A fourth officer nearby shoots the rifle that the shooter was carrying from over 75 feet away... then when the suspect picks up a handgun, the Officer orders him to drop the gun repeatedly before shooting him.
If this was a movie, half of the audience would be screaming "SHOOT THE FUCKING FBI ASSET YOU DUMB FUCK!" and then posting about the real life incident how the police executed an innocent Black Muslim motorist who wasn't even pointing his gun at anybody when he was executed.

We're red, but I wouldn't classify us as hard red. You remember that "study" that claimed men would rape women if they knew they could get away from it? That came from one of the state universities here. It's also been a real pain trying to get rid of CRT from our schools.
Most likely luck. Probably was aiming for the guy's chest and hit the rifle instead.
I still suspect something. Back during the "summer of love" we had our own little "fiery, but mostly peaceful protest" in Fargo, and it turned out one of the police were involved. This kind of shit does not happen in our state. Also, why would this guy have American flag stickers and the like on his gun magazines? Wonder what kind of job he had that he could afford all these guns.
