Presume Roose Bolton and the Northern Lords, well maybe a good portion of Western Essos and Westeros and even areas like Asshai and Yi Ti, are "familiar" with him?

How do things go in the long run?

What does Roose do to John Wick? What does Ned do to John Wick for whatever he does to Roose?

Wick outside of his setting is fucked. He won't have the same plot armour that would protect him from the consequences of his actions. Unless he somehow magically gets it.

He just killed a lord and his son over a dog, that is definitely an execution worthy offense. And the thing is, since this is Westeros, he is definitely going to become fodder to be killed off.

Probably not that many unless he has plot armour. And we are presuming that Roose doesn't just pretend all is good and then silently kill him off. And if Domeric is still alive? Well, he probably cares less and has more cover to pretend he doesn't care at all. So Roose might just be clever about it, and take him out silently.

And you'd know Domeric even if he is a nice guy, is going to be gunning for Wick for killing his father and bastard brother if Wick accidentally saves him. And still be gunning for him in the Roose is alive scenario.

At least that is what I'd gather.
