President Biden is Your Legitimate President (Yes, even if he cheated)

First of all, it's not paranoia if they really are out to get you. Secondly; "conservative outrage porn"? Either you've never actually watched one of his videos, or your idea of what constitutes "conservative outrage porn" includes basically anything that might make people upset at the establishment.

That's exactly what he does. He goes out, seeks news that he knows will make people upset, and then he reports it to his audience. That's how he makes his money, that's how he gets his clicks. And when you do that to people over a long period of time, they get addicted to the outrage and the moral indignation. And every time he reports that stuff, he reinforces the behavior.

And I don't doubt he reports triumphs, but that doesn't break the problem of his whole business model; he makes his money by focusing people on bad news that makes them angry. He's not any better than the Young Turks or a common drug pusher.

You do realize that the Young Turks outright lie, don't you? To push an ideological agenda? Comparing Tim Pool to them is intellectually dishonest. You are misrepresenting his content so that you can better attack his character; what do you think that says about you? As for the drug pusher angle; really?

Look; let's set aside your feelings about his current content output. What, in your opinion, should Tim Pool be making instead?

Wow, that's terrible. So that he's a news aggregator and commentator... Like half of freakin' YouTube, and a lot of the legacy media talking heads as well. Truly the antichrist, in the flesh.

Ah, of course. News (honest news, by the way, since he always shows where the articles he's talking about came from, and is ALWAYS careful to point out that his interpretation of them is just his personal opinion) are comparable to hard drugs now.

Get the fuck outta here.

So? What does that have to do with what I'm talking about? Bill O'Reily likes to sexually assault women. We gonna bring him in as a bad example too?

Comparing Tim Pool to them is intellectually dishonest.

Not really. Both the YT and Tim Pool like to sell outrage porn to their viewers. They focus their viewers entirely upon their political rivals, turning an internal struggle into some sort of epic war that must be fought and those who hold any other sort of opinion as cowards, traitors, or heretics. The result among this lot and the other lot holds that trend true.

You are misrepresenting his content so that you can better attack his character; what do you think that says about you? As for the drug pusher angle; really?

I'm not misrepresenting him. Tim Pool is a low-input talking head. He takes news that others report on, he throws his own spin onto it, and then he goes on rants about how bad leftists are and how great his side is. It's a really simple formula. And it makes people a load of cash on people who are interested in politics and addicted to their own moral indignation.

Look; let's set aside your feelings about his current content output. What, in your opinion, should Tim Pool be making instead?

Content is a rather generous term. I'm not sure how someone can refer to themselves as a content creator when they just steal the work of others, lather it with their (generally poorly informed) opinion and commentary, and upload it in ten to twenty minute segments for a snappy title for a quick buck.

I'd recommend that someone with his intellect and moral integrity should apply for a used car lot, where he can hold a more honest occupation. And one that does less damage to society.

As a Canadian, I am mostly neutral in regards to this conversation.
However, I must point out the following truths.

Back when Trump was Prez, I thought he was detrimental to Canada, with all his tariffs on this and that to get a better deal for new NAFTA.
And that random round of tariffs in the middle of August after the new NAFTA had been settled.
But now I realize, those tariffs were all withdrawn once the new NAFTA had been negotiated.

And most importantly, that Trudeau's fault for not standing up to Trump and doing his duty as elected leader of the Canadian people.
If Harper was PM, Trump wouldn't have dared to pull the tariff trick.
It's only because Trudeau is a weak-ass beta cuck of a potato that Trump was able to go ahead with his tariff trick.

And then along comes Biden, who canceled Keystone XL and devastated the economy of Western Canada.

When America splits into two, then I'm volunteering for the Trump Army.
Because if America falls to the enemy, then Canada won't last a month.

Clearly, I am not going to be able to dissuade you from your personal bias against the man and his chosen profession; suffice to say though, I do not agree with your assessment of him or his actions in the slightest.

This.

Which was one of the main points of the whole thread.
I thought the whole point was to insult people you disagreed with (the, in your words, "paranoid retards"), in an attempt to berate them into submission.

I've been wondering for a while now if the prairie provinces shouldn't split off from Canada the way Quebec always threatens to, and petition to join the US.
They will, but only after the fake Chinese agent / traitor to the US people gets removed and the Donald gets restored.

TBH, I feel like Canada might merge with the US sooner or later.
And I'm all for a peaceful merger that decided using a plebiscite.

But if the US wants to invade Canada then I will raise the Maple Banner and fight.
I won't stop fighting until the White House is burning to the ground. Just like last time.

The real take needs to be the recognition that the entire establishment-including your personal hobby horse in it, be it GOP or Dem-is equally corrupt and in collusion with the other outside of their public antics. Check out of this false dichotomy entirely because you'll never get anything out of it and they want you stuck in this maze of ineffectual anger with each other to prevent meaningful change.

Even if you believe that you can still fix things with your vote, you need to start considering voting third-party or, if none of them represent your interests, run for office yourself. Who knows; maybe you'll win. Or maybe you'll finally realize how broken the system is; either way, it'll be better than wasting any more of your time with the dog and pony shows that are our two major political parties.
