Numenor from Tolkien’s Silmarillion is ISOT’d to Tamriel

How does everyone gradually react to the race of long lived humans? Do they still count as humans?

They still count as humans. It is said in setting that Nords once lived that long, but they were tricked by Orkey into giving it away. And it depends on the era. Remember, at the true height of the Empire, they were flying around in spaceships that were literally gargantuan moths with ziggaruts on their backs. And the High Elves had giant flaming spacebirds. And remember the Empire at its nadir can still deploy what is essentially magic paratroopers. And there are even greater times that the Empire's zenith. And further it depends on how you interpret the lore. So, the question is complicated.

How would they view thede Men who live much longer than them then?

Some with jealousy, others with awe, and even others wont care. A mixed bag, though most humans in TES are unlike LOTR humans they tend to appreciate their mortality, though probably would prefer to be immortal or failing that long lived. At least that is my understanding, that humans tend to see mortality and existence as a blessing, an escape, or even like the Dunmer (if I remember correctly) a testing ground. The man (except Redguards) and Mer (except Dunmer) dichotomy, the world as escape vs the world as a trap.

In-Regards to religion, how would they make comparisons or realise that they don’t have all the expies or equivalents?

They might realise that they really do come from another world?

Also, on the Numenorean side, how would they view all these peoples? Would they be hostile to the Orsimer?

They'd probably be dicks to all of them, and they'd probably recognize the Orcs of Tamriel to be different, though I'd imagine that they'd still be seen as subhuman scum. Though I'd imagine they might be more favourable to the races that in part remind them of themselves.

I guess the Altmer will go and wonder how they met their “Man” counterparts of guys who are racist dicks and don’t want you around or sullying their bloodlines

Admittedly I don’t remember Silmarillion in detail, its like reading the bible....long and yet you remember its a fictional world

It again depends. Some might like them, others see them as rivals, and more dissident ones would see them as an uncomfortable mirrors.

The bible actually covers some real events, that is from a pure irreligious point of view and there is truth in it. So, I am not sure that the comparison is exactly valid. The bible is also a great quote mine, especially the more flowery editions like the KJV.

Anyways, to be clear for Numenor, I am working off second or third hand knowledge.

It’s weird how the Jews went under so many different names, the bible, their history and religious book

They may be possibly the oldest religion or people surviving in this world
