I find it pretty funny how she glances at the cameras for a moment to see if they are focused on her, before starting her shriek.
They really are drama-queens.

I honestly believe that the past few years and the coming ones of the 2020s will only be a mere phase, one that lots of people will forget, lots of celebrities and companies will move on

Which would be unfortunate, since the people involved in these witch hunts don't deserve to vanish into the mists of time. They shouldn't get away with it at all.

Well, I think for some they’ll have to be dealing with realising how financially speaking they’re not getting much or at all as they only kept afloat due to being hired for some publicity with a “wider audience” that never really came

Also, having to deal with lots of debt for studying for courses that weren’t worth the time and money

Eventually not even twitter can compensate their egos

Plus gotta say, D&C was wrong on his saying of “We are all waiting to love you” because at some point we won’t take a chance at even one of them

So it turns out there were issues with the Vic hearing; for example, at one point his lawyer Ty tried to hand the judge a binder containing tables of all the causes of action against all of the defendants with evidence. He refused to look at it, in favor of a similar binder given to him by the defendant's lawyer. I cannot be the only one who sees a problem with this.

Link? And vid, just to make sure

Also, win or lose, can’t see Funimation being so popular for long or having the same following as before

Don't have anything direct, but Nick talked about it in his livestream tonight, along with everything else he saw as a spectator in the courtroom.

Not surprising, the judge has a history of doing things like these to ideological opponents.

You think that's bad? Apparently, the guy had a case where he decided to throw out US law and use "Internal Church Law"; the state appeals court did not like this, and sent the case back to him with instructions that it must be reheard on “neutral principles of law” that govern secular bodies. How did Judge Chupp respond to this? He gave the case the exact same ruling he did before.
Of course the case went right back to appeals, and is still chugging along to this day.

And he hasn't gotten his ass kicked by the higher court yet because...? Seems like he needs an asswhoopin' to stop this behaviour.

Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.
Lemoine's powerpoint presentation was funny hearing about it. Presented a dumpster fire and said your honor this case is a literal dumpster fire!

Not a good idea.

Nope, that will make him a martyr. Better to just show and cite, and as much as possible produce actual video evidence of his behaviour, otherwise any and all proof is dismissible.

Then people will be wary of him because I'm pretty sure he'll still keep his job even if both the public and government doesn't like him.

Honestly? He just hasn't done anything big enough to warrant notice. Government officials don't get fired for incompetence, particularly at higher levels; they get fired for being so blatantly corrupt, that the general populace starts raising a fuss. Even then, it can take years, or decades, for anyone to do anything about it, if they ever do.

Judges and similar officials are difficult to remove even in cases of clear cut malfeasance (which this case is probably not). In theory, the voters are supposed to hold them accountable, in states that have elected judges. In practice, that works about as well voters holding other politicians accountable does.
