When you say that I sometimes when things go actually violent to go to civil war.

Civil War? It will be a massacre, one side was never willing or ready to face actual violence in the first place nor have an actual cause they truly care about. I wouldn’t be surprised if guys like the Yellowvests went and murdered the bourgoise who’s “helpful” policies screwed them over.

Oh, lovely. They've sent me a mo-ron.

It could happen. Like a powderkeg you simply wait until it explodes should those political parties and MSM keep interfering while many people with internet access just look and see.

Try showing yourself to be the underdog, the actual victim in the situation.
And what good would that do? They control the MSM, it will only be chalked up as glorious victory over nazis.

Tape them while they’re busy beating you black and blue. There may not be many people speaking up but they will realise that things aren’t what they first thought.
Sou you are in hospital with permanent brain damage from having your head kicked in and all you have to show for it is a video almost no one will ever see and a slight slap on the wris of your attackers.

That's not going to happen for quite some time, wast majority of people still has it too good to reach the critical mass for violent confrontation of such magnitude.

Yes not yet. But the sentiment I see means it may happen eventually.

It might, but then I have been mocking butthurt SHTFers throught the eight years of Obama as they constantly kept seeing ''the sparks that will start the fire'', so I'm on rather sceptical side of this.

I hope it stays that way as a sane person would say though everytime I see violence I begin to wonder.

Though the US has been through some harsh domestic times that would make what's happening not as bad possibly.

no their plenty willing to deal out violence their just not capable of really processing what would happen if people snapped and actually fought back. Were talking about control freak bullies who are used to being able to hurt people with impunity, when they get touched back they freak out.

My prediciton if things go civil war they go full Isis at minimum.

Isis at a minimum? I doubt you’ll see any being willing to attempt suicide bombing

I think they’ll just go back home, live off their parents and complain on the internet.

Vic Mignogna's hearing did not go so well for him.
Judge John P. Chupp dismissed all of voice actor Vic Mignogna's case against voice actress Jamie Marchi in Tarrant County District Court on Friday. The judge also dismissed the tortious interference of existing contracts and tortious interference of business relations allegations against voice actress Monica Rial and Rial's fiance Ron Toye. Mignogna's allegations that anime licensing company Funimation participated in tortious interference and civil conspiracy were also dismissed.

Judge Chupp will review Mignogna's case on defamation and civil conspiracy against Rial and Toye and defamation on the part of Funimation and issue a ruling in 30 days.

And really, this just proves to me that judges should be held responsible for their decisions, because this is obviously a bad one.
Following the tweet threads of people who were there, it looks to be mostly Beard's fault for not preparing well at all and not including the "clear and specific evidence every element of its claim" in his filings that is required to overcome the TCPA.

Edit: Testing this to see if edits copy over.

That is just bullshit, given that her public statements and her actions prove malice.

As Vic was ruled to be a public figure, he needs to prove "actual malice" (the legal term, not just "she is mean to him"), meaning that Vic has to prove she knew her statements were false or made with reckless disregard (again, the legal term).

That said, that applies to defamation, which has not been dismissed yet for anyone but Marchi.

Edit: Again, the primary failing appears to be Beard's filings and statements. It's quite likely that had he simply done a better job more of the claims would have survived.

To overcome the TCPA, Beard needs to show "clear and specific evidence" for every claim. He failed to do so. This doesn't mean it's necessarily false or that evidence doesn't exist, it means that he didn't do the work necessary to show "clear and specific evidence" for those claims in his filing, and so they were dismissed.

Isn't that disappointing. Oh well real Beard needs to do better for the appeal.

He wins some cases he loses some cases. This lawsuit is no different.

He and Nick said so himself. There's no such thing as a slam dunk case.

Reminds me, I’ve actually read some Company Lawyer Argument Documents and even listened in on some hours fucking long meetings between the company I’m at and one they’re currently partnering with

You have to actually account for practically everything and properly phrase things to be the way you NEED to get the better deal

Even though my company essentially had that “slam dunk” we had to still spend hours properly making arguments and phrasing them right, so that we could point out the law was biased towards one company that may as well have also been the one who “abandoned” claims over an area(which the opposing company suddenly decided was theirs) which we ourselves never “abandoned” either

He also said the dumbest law firm in Texas could win this case.
