If Non-Japanese Fictional Works were turned into Anime; how would they change and look like?

Even if odds are, the descriptions in the novel may not match the anime/manga art style

Or they end up being drawn prettier or cuter than they are in the book

The Wheel of Time would he great in any medium.

Never read it, but from what I understand it spans multiple generations and between civilizations’ rise and falls and so on

Back to other stuff to turn

I choose Larry Correia’s Saga of The Forgotten Warrior

I’d like to see Ashok’s fight scenes be drawn by Kentaro Miura

You should it's excellent although very long. It spans 13 books and one prequel.

Ciaphas Cain adventures in WH40k would work great as a manga in a style similar to Youjo Senki, with a chibi Cain explaining how he will avoid the dangers of the battlefield or/and the way he got stuck doing something far more dangerous than frontline duty again.

Kentaro Miura would do a great Lord of the Rings adaptation. He even shares Tolkien's love for somewhat indulgent portrayal of natural scenery if the last volume has been anything to go by.

Maybe he should do Silmarillion first

Also, kinda suggest you read what I posted above, The Saga of The Forgotten Warrior, it’s a Dark Fantasy set in a India-Expy world with castes and the MC is a VERY Badass Combat Pragmatist who even without his Blacksteel sword can fight skilled warriors in a deadly ballroom knife fight

Slight annoyance, his character development occurs but as of the second volume he hasn’t abandoned his magic-lobotomy-based obsession/devotion to the Law

We are focusing too much on fantasy and Sci-fi, maybe a couple of slice of life books would work just as well. I would love to see what some manga artists can do with some rather mundane topics while keeping the spirit of the western versions of slice of life which are in many ways different from the asiatic ones.

One that was started but never actually published... a full anime/manga adaptation of The Fifth Imperium series by David Weber.
So I'm not the only one here who has heard of and/or remembers that. That animated series ADV was working on would have been a far better use of resources than the live action, Hollywood adaptation of Neon Genesis Evangelion they were reportedly always trying to make happen.

A lot of western novels have been adapted into anime already; everything from Anne of Green Gables, to Starship Troopers, to The Diary of Anne Frank. Seriously, there's been a lot of adaptations into anime that most of us in the west are simply not aware of; here's a summary of just some of the stuff that's out there: 30 Obscure Anime Adaptations of Western Literature

I mean did anyone know there was an anime adaptation of Agatha Christie's mystery novels, in the form of Agatha Christie's Great Detectives Poirot and Marple? Because I didn't, and that was made as recently as 2005.

For example?
