Competition in dating. Also it would be more fierce because now all the foreign Soviet, American, British, etc. soldiers in Germany are stuck there.

Yeah but do you think the Germans would let their women go to foreigners? Like after world war 2 many women did uhh please the Allied soldiers since Germany was starving, and if they married one they could leave Germany and go to a more prosperous country that was not bombed to hell.
But here would America give as much in the Marshal plan? Because Germany is a resource sink any people in there can't leave. So that removes one reason for German women to go with foreign soldiers.

No, they'd (at least in the short to mid term) give way more, because now hundreds of thousands of brave American soldiers are stuck there. Eventually that would end and realpolitik would kick in, but that will take a while.
