Antifa are a very blunt tool which hurts their own side as much as the enemy. The goal now is maintaining order so they can grift. There is nothing worth siphoning if a group of morons destroy the city.

Given they tried to burn down his home, I somehow doubt the mayor has any control over them. And as I said keeping them around means you have to accommodate them, if you remove them you don’t need to share anything,
