Which schools are you talking about? In the West or in the Philippines? Cause in the West? They are fucking corrupted. Hell, Carl who is in the Philippines shows that even schools in the Philippines can be corrupted.
I have posted before already about how schools teach kids to hate their own ethnicity and nation.
There is a law case some time ago about a school wanting to unleash the students in a mob against a bakery for the crime of Racism.

Keep in mind that there are two poles of California political life, LA and Sanfranciso.
LA has a reputation for being shallow hedonists, San franciso as being stupid idealists and the two cities and ideologies have been quietly bickering under the table for years. Right now LA the real power in LA is not happy.
They had their hedonism taken a way, their drugs taken away, been forced to lose money making shitty woke movies and their is deep anger and resentment that's only papered over by the fact that we have 2 years until the boomers retire and our buget crisis hits critical levels.
So its less hipocracy and more that the two poles of California life are quietly feuding with LA simmering with raw rage over the whole Metoo# movement.
Without spoilers, I goddamn hated the end of payback (I didn't like much of payback, tbh, though the end of the woman's tag team was cool). But WWE creative has been surprisingly not bad recently, so I'll see if that stays.

It's not just USA though, many European cities used post WWII rebuildings as excuse to get rid of their oldtowns and make themselves more car friendly.
And these days, more and more cities try to restrict car-travel within the walls by means of laws and such. Gee, it's almost like cars inside a city just aren't that great...
