To be honest, I'm not even sure why cameras aren't banned from basically any venue. I cannot remember any times I was at any private business while thinking "Jeez, I really wish I could just take a picture now!"

Like I dunno, maybe taking pictures of fish at an aquarium or some shit? But the social media/selfie nonsense should be completely disallowed.
