This isn't even a protein drink. It's a meal replacement drink. It's got as much fat as it does protein (14g) and has 45 carbohydrates.

If you want to have a pre-mixed protein drink, fairlife isn't bad. I actually suggest just buying a powdered whey concentrate, isolate or blend of the two. Concentrate is cheaper, but it has more milk solids and can cause issues for lactose intolerant people. Those people should try isolate.

Other than that, it doesn't much matter which one. They're both high quality protein because they have a good amino acid balance. Over 30g and up of whey, will hit the leucine threshold that signals your body to synthesize protein and build muscles. Aim for 30g+ per serving. If your brand is only like 24g, use bigger scoops.

A serving size of Nestle Boost Plus™ contains:
24 grams added sugar
20 grams starch
14 grams fat
14 grams protein
1 gram fiber

That is, sugars and simple starch (also sugar) are 60.3% of the "meal"
