Even if a draft for women was implemented, I strongly believe that they'd be weighted so that they got drafted basically never.
I would, however, like to point out that the Soviets conscripted and in several niches used women quite effectively. And the number of other non-frontline applications like the Wrens whose wargames really helped quite a bit.
Further you'd have to shove women, weaker physically than men on average, into backline roles anyways. Stateside type deployments. They'd end up with cakewalk assignments.
That they'd try to dodge by getting pregnant, or claiming rape, or take advantage of by sleeping their way to power, or running prostitution rings.
