90% of all laws in the USA are in conflict with the constitution. If a law is in conflict with the Constitution, isn't that grounds to repeal a law?
I mean, repeal is a thing the legislature does. And they can do it for nearly any reason or no reason. If a law is in conflict with the Constitution, isn't that grounds to repeal a law?
Think that will happen in this case? I mean he was on HIS property not the County's not the schools. So, unless he is a felon he still has the right to bear arms.I mean, repeal is a thing the legislature does. And they can do it for nearly any reason or no reason.
The courts don't actually 'repeal' a law, which is why every once in a while there's a campaign to actually get old unconstitutional laws off the books. The law still in fact exists. There's just also a ruling from a judge saying that this law may not be enforced.
So the law already has a clause saying that if it was on private property, then it's legal. I'm hopeful a dismissal will happen instead, so the guy doesn't have to stay in jail. Like, yeah, probably best for the country if he's convicted, it goes to the Supreme court, and its overturned there, but that's years in jail for the guy when there's a lunatic on the streets threatening the man's 71 year old mother.Think that will happen in this case? I looked up the court documents, per their statement he stepped onto the sidewalk and then into the street while holding the gun and therefore went onto public property. This is still legal under Montana law but illegal under Federal law which is why the ATF is involved while the local authorities are not.Think that will happen in this case? Worse, the ATF are involved because the dude called the FBI about the guy who tried to set his mom on fire, who then referred the case to the ATF to arrest the guy protecting his mother.I looked up the court documents, per their statement he stepped onto the sidewalk and then into the street while holding the gun and therefore went onto public property. Odds are, shoot his dog and or set his house on fire with him in it.What will the ATF do if the prosecutor refuses to press charges?
I think it belongs here, I will crosspost with the AI art thread.
I mean, I think the SIMPS are switching to AI THOTS.AI generated thots are awesome, anything to make SIMPS hurt even more is something I agree with.
I mean, I think the SIMPS are switching to AI THOTS.
Still unhealthy, but wouldn't surprise me if you see THOTs suddenly turn out Luddite-like or getting totally replaced.
It's to the point where I'm genuinely unsure on if basic AI sexbots like are being developed would finish breaking our society or help heal some of the catastrophic social damage the waves of feminism has caused.honestly having the simps switch to AI thots would probally be better for both them and society.
Thats my point, I hope AI thots destroy simps due to their higher quantity and effectiveness.I mean, I think the SIMPS are switching to AI THOTS.

E-thots, Onlyfans and the like are certainly not the sign of a healthy society.
