The problem isn't diversity its the lack of enforcement of cultural rules, national laws, and not forcing new groups to assimulate into the greater whole. The Dutch are pretty tolerant and have a great culture but if you move there you have to adjust to how things work.

When in rome do as the romans do essentially, and yeah that is a pain in the ass but if you really cant do it remain in your country of orgin it will be better for both yourself and everyone around you.

Diversity basically goes against democracy. More varied viewpoints, less people get satisfied.
