This is the second time in recent months I've seen someone questioned and then arrested for praying silently there.
It's weird because UK police used to be the gold standard for friendliness and helping their community first.
They still are the gold standard for those and for professionalism.
The PSPO prohibits certain activities - including prayer - near the clinic to prevent the kinds of stuff you see going on outside clinics in the US. They're stuck with bad options here ...
a) If they ignore the person who isn't bothering anyone but is - and admits to - praying silently then they aren't enforcing a duly issued lawful order.
b) If they do question and arrest someone who isn't doing anything prohibited by the PSPO except pray silently the news will hear about it and they're gonna like thugs working for a petty tinpot dictator.
