They show a clip and say his name, and say he is crazy. But that doesn't really tell me much. I wanted to get some context.
Montagraph has a lengthy history of suing and doxxing anybody he doesn't like on YouTube. His videos tend towards wild conspiracy theories and/or his "DUMBR than Lumber" series where he explains why every other Lawyer on YouTube is an idiot.

The fact that he states he'll Doxx the judge in order to get a favored position in the upcoming case against Rekieta Law says much about his legal competency.

Huh... I thought he would be championing some political cause or another.
Or at least be a famous celebrity.

But he seems to just be stupid for the sake of stupidity alone. And famous for being stupid.

“I would never have imagined being in a position to risk a criminal record for praying silently. In the past, I assisted with abortions in hospital as part of my army medical training, but now I pray for those who perform abortions because I realise how harmful abortion is to women and families, and that every single human life is valuable – no matter how small. Most of all, I’m moved to pray because of what happened to my son, Jacob,” he continued.

There is something very rotten in The United Kingdom.

This is the second time in recent months I've seen someone questioned and then arrested for praying silently there.

It's weird because UK police used to be the gold standard for friendliness and helping their community first.
They still are the gold standard for those and for professionalism.

The PSPO prohibits certain activities - including prayer - near the clinic to prevent the kinds of stuff you see going on outside clinics in the US. They're stuck with bad options here ...

a) If they ignore the person who isn't bothering anyone but is - and admits to - praying silently then they aren't enforcing a duly issued lawful order.

b) If they do question and arrest someone who isn't doing anything prohibited by the PSPO except pray silently the news will hear about it and they're gonna like thugs working for a petty tinpot dictator.
