When Walt Disney wanted to cast kids as voice actors for Bambi, he wanted only the best voices and decided to cast them all himself. He was concerned that he'd be influenced by the children's appearance so he had all paperwork and meetings handled by his assistant, and he himself only listened to recordings of the interviews and practice lines so that he'd have nothing but their actual voices to go on.
It seems like such a blind system would be ideal if one were actually working towards the equity... or equality, that is being professed as desirable. Of course, Australia tried it with a blind recruitment process to remove all mention of gender, location, etc. so that no personal identifying information was allowed to the recruiter, only qualifications and merit, in order to boost how many women were hired.

Intersectional entitlement.
Intersectionality is a caste system, and those higher on the caste system are freely entitled to access, exploit and use the symbols and spaces of those lower on the caste system. Originally women were entitled to access male spaces (and not the other way around). Now trans are a higher intersectional caste than women, and can freely access and exploit those female spaces.
This is where TERFs run into problems, because what is happening to them is just the logical extension of their ideology. If they want to fight the growing dehumanisation and erasure of women by trans-ideology, they need to reject and deconstruct intersectionality. But TERFs arent angry about the intersectional caste system, they are simply angry that their own place in it has been usurped. Because they accept intersectionality when it places them above men, they are unable to properly oppose it, and must accept they have a lower place than trans.
Man, I wonder what they will do when the first commercial iron wombs are being rolled out.

Found that New York has a snitch program for enforcing their Idling laws:

I'm not going to get into whether the law itself is good or bad, because how much pollution idling trucks produce isn't something I know a lot about.
I'd assume that they idle for some the the same reasons I've left my car running in a parking lot though. Weather conditions can suck, and sometimes you don't want to run down your battery while using it for a long period of time.
But incentivizing citizens to tattle on other citizens for cash feels really scummy to me.
