I'm disappointed in you. You're asserting as fact a bunch of things that you cannot actually know, and further that they'd try for a murder rap, when manslaughter would be far more appropriate.

If all of your assumptions are accurate, it's not an unreasonable way to try to get some sentence on someone.

Personally, I'm of the opinion "justice" is vengeance with a candy coating no one really gives a darn about fairness so long as they get their pound of flesh hence why public executions and gladiatorial matches were so popular thought the majority of human history (and probably still would be if introduced) People are emotional cannibals and they will devour anything that feeds into thier hate. The Question simply is which do the jury hate more. A man who has a temper uncontrolled enough to violently beat a man to death or a man in public with no shame with a history of pedophilia.

I get that people are imperfect, but i'd argue there are some things you just rise above or don't. People talk about rising above and all that but more often then not that just means giving into baser natures on acceptable targets. meanwhile those of us who do want to live peaceably among men are mocked and scorned. if these last couple of years have taught me anything we are all guilty in the eyes of man it's just a matter of when it's politically beneficial for man to convict.

I'm not saying either of these men are not evil. They both are in my eyes. But let's call things as they are. it's vengance on a commonly agreed on an acceptable target.

I am not saying that I agree with that decision. I am not saying it was the best decision. I am not even saying it was a particularly good decision. I am giving you the calculation behind the decision, none of which comes down to racial disparity despite what certain racists would like you to believe.

Neither of us is in possession of all of the deep-dive facts here, have knowledge of the local community, etc, all we can do is speculate.

now this is actually a case beyond the pale, because you have video taped evidence, which um yah thats gold standard proof. This is one of those cases where if the father of the girl took justice into his own hands I would not judge him.

This might be less a case of black Americans being treated as a superior class to the rest of us (They absolutely are, I will never understand how white Americans can be so meek as to refuse to acknowledge their own apartheid. This is something us immigrants struggle to comprehen) And more that people who work for the government, especially prosecutors and Judges seem to really. Really, really like rapists and pedophiles for some bizarre reason.

I can't tell what stage I'm at, I'm ready for action, but I don't know what the best path to promote a beneficial environment to live the lifestyle I want to live. I know that I have a hard time dealing with stage 2 and stage 4 people as they seem to do a lot of cheap talking.

Stage 2 people "1776 will commence again wake up sheeple curse the west.... ect ect."
stage 4: "Let the past die kill it if you have to...darn it give up and let it die! WHY WON'T YOU LET IT DIE?!?

and it seems like people either finally get past this and end up in stage 5 or they end up so obsessed in their own grief they are in a constant loop of stage 2 & 4 until they fall into an abyss and proclaim and ideology that's not really all that different from the ideology of their enemies, it's just they try to use said ideology against their enemies. I sort of referenced this in one of my Russia-Ukraine conflict post.

Populist coalitions are grand alliances of every one with a bone to pick with who ever is fucking up. By defintion you end up with absolutely bizare alliances that don't seem to make sense.

this is the kind of environment where you might find religious fundamentalists and litteral furries fighting together in the same fox hole. Shits going to get a whole lot weirder man so expect that.

the problem is for me at least it doesn't really do much good to fight an enemy if you end up creating an enemy that is almost if not just as bad. I'm still very much of the mentality of better dead than red.

King Cobras actually make excellent pets. They aren't poisonous and primarily eat other snakes, they are highly venom and toxin resistant becuase they primarily eat poisonous snakes. If you have a bunch of vipers or similar snakes near where you leave King Cobras are absolutely a solid solution assuming the climate's good for them.

You really should have picked a better example.
