Attorney of former Little Rock airport exec Bryan Malinowski releases video events ahead of deadly ATF raid

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The attorney for the former Little Rock airport executive who died after a shootout with federal agents serving a search warrant is releasing new video of events leading to the raid.

Attorney Bud Cummins released two different clips Sunday giving views just before the Tuesday, March 19 incident at the home of Bryan Malinowski, who was the executive director at the Bill & Hillary Clinton National Airport.

One video taken from a neighbor's camera appears to show agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arriving at Malinowski's west Little Rock home in ten separate vehicles.

A second recording taken from the doorbell camera at Malinowski's home appears to show agents wearing full tactical gear and holding automatic rifles in a ready position before taping over the lens of the doorbell camera.

In the heavily redacted warrant affidavit, the ATF claims that Malinowski purchased numerous firearms that he resold without a firearm dealer's license. According to the warrant, Malinowski purchased more than 150 guns between May 2021 and Feb. 27, 2024, which he then resold.

The ATF claims in the affidavit that around six of the guns Malinowski sold were found after being connected to a crime.

ATF agents arrive in 10 cars in wee hours of the morning to raid house of AR airport executive, during which they tape over his ring camera. The man's wife said that both of them were awakened to what they thought were home invaders. Her husband got his gun and was shot and killed by the ATF.

That's it. And--get this-- buying 150 guns and reselling them over a three year period. They claim he needed a gun dealer license to do that. Biden wants to eliminate all private sales. That's what this is all about.

Regardless of anything else, actions like this, be it on private cameras, individuals recording (I'll have to look, believe it was a manhunt in Massachussets or somewhere where someone recording on their porch got swept with a rifle and threatened if they didn't stop recording and go inside), or on officer's own cameras, should have automatic punishments applied to the officers who did it.

It just makes me wonder whether maybe lawlessness is actually an asset to tyrants. For a small scale experiment, just look at how forum or social media mods restrict free speech. There are no rules stating, for example, that you can't blame Islamism for certain crimes nor that you can't point out that blacks are disproportionately responsible for many violent crimes.

But nobody will actually do so, except for rare instances, because the fear of being arbitrarily deemed a racist (even if you don't think race or religion are the actual cause and may even consider them just victims) is more than enough to stifle discussion.

This is why some of us have just started responding to accusations of various ist/isms with "yeah, so what?" And the likes.

Take away the power. They don't know how to respond to that.

I love saying "hey! Don't call me a racist! I'm also a misogynist and a transphobe!"

Just turn it all into a joke.

A joke that will get you banned from major sites.

I fancy it's just not worth the effort. Play nice in online communities until this all blows over, or just do what I do and make 4chan your main social media site.

It is.

There is actually a term for it called anarcho-tyranny.

It basically means the government won't enforce its own rules to protect citizens but will enforce them to hurt citizens.

For example all the illegal immigrants getting released without bail after horrible crimes vs citizens getting the book thrown at them for defending themselves.

It makes the citizens terrified of drawing attention from the government because they have shown themselves to be completely unreliable as a source of security and instead have become a source of harm if you do anything that bothers them.
