They do this cause they don't have any real solution. To face up to the facts means that they have to actually acknowledge that their intersectionality is bullshit but they won't do that. So hence you get these useless gestures. Nope, me and the other non-crazy LBGT's will bear the brunt of the blowback.
First, hate crimes: These will target people somewhat indiscriminately.
Discrimination: These will hit in places that are conservative, because they people who will discriminate against LGBT people won't care about how political you are. Guess where normal LGBTs are and LGBT-crazies aren't?
