The Russians just don't want to be fucked with as It happened in the Siberian intervention or the 1990s, Republic of Georgia in 2008 and Ukraine in 2014 and Kazakhstan now.
They are content of the status quo pre-2014. Their request Is kinda simple : don't try to surround us for a future War and we Will be fine and dandy.
They won't get invasive as the various COD made you think.
China has already the Rope for hanging America with her own capitalism because most of the US elites and even military, such as General Miley, are in bed with Beijing.
