With the passing of Robert House (RIP), the decisive defeat of Caesars Legion and the death of Caesar as well as Legate Lanius, and the withdrawal of the NCR forces to the Mojave Outpost and beyond, our new leadership has offered New Vegas the privilege of electing a brand new Mayor! We have a slate of individuals who have put themselves up for election so be sure to make your voices heard!
1. Cachino: Former discorteous Lieutenant, now leader of the Omertas Family and the Gomorrah Casino. The previous leadership decided to take a vacation of Lirelurk Spotting at Lake Mead. If he's in charge of New Vegas, he'll no longer have to engage in side dealings and sexual trysts since he'll have nothing to hide anymore! Win-Win or something!
2. Swank: Benny's right hand man, when he found out that Benny was a rat, he rejoiced in hearing of Benny's removal and became the new Boss of the Chairman and the Tops Casino. He promises to continue the New Vegas tradition of showing tourists a good job and making New Vegas the swankiest joint this side of the Dust Bowl.
3. Marjorie: The Queen of Diamonds who is the head of the exclusive White Glove Society and refined Ultra-Luxe Casino. Promises to work to reform Vegas into becoming as spotless and unsullied as the White Glove Society is and leaving those savage, unclean and cannibalistic habits of their forebears behind.
4. Sarah Weintraub: Occupant of Vault 21, she oversaw its conversion to a hotel, casino and gift shop selling Vault-themed merchandise. With House dead, she technically owns Vault 21 now and will see about making New Vegas prosper with the guiding tenets of Vault 21 solving most issues of contention (ie problem solving through gambling).
5. The King: Leader of a local gang known as 'The Kings' who are staunch anarchists who believe in personal freedom. They however do focus efforts on serving the community and upholding peace while also trying to respect that freedom.
6. James Garret: Co-owner of the Atomic Wrangler Casino alongside his lovely sister Francine, James Garret is in charge of managing the Casinos Entertainment and Public Relations as well as recruiting new talent. James also has a passion for technology, especially robots, and will undoubtedly work on bringing the security that the Securitrons provides to Freeside.
7. Clayton Etienne: Co-Founder of the Westside Cooperative. Former resident of New Reno but left after seeing the destructive inter-family wars there. In Westside he was instrumental in teaching the locals how to cultivate their own crops and promoting self sufficiency (as well as forming a militia) and will work to improving the lives of all of Vegas' most downtrodden residents.
8. Major Elizabeth Kieran: NCR Major in the Supply Corps, she oversaw a project to supply food and water to both NCR and local citizens and also worked closely with the Followers of Apocalypse and has a strong relationship with Julie Farkas, the regional administrator. She'll work on fostering ties between Vegas and the NCR through their missions goodwill.
9. Emily Ortal: Computer Scientist for the Followers of Apocalypse who helped Benny reprogram a Securitron known as Yes Man. She'll work on fomenting stronger presence of the Followers of Apocalypse and utilizing the technology found in the Lucky 38 for the betterment of the people of New Vegas.
10. Cook-Cook: It's the post-apocalypse people. Why bother with all of this civilization stuff when we can party like a bunch of murder hobo rapists? Some people just want to see the world burn.
