I have literally never heard of people considering assisted suicide as a victimless crime. Drugs yes prostitution yes. But never have I heard in real life people say that. I’m just a little shocked that you are saying that.

Ok that’s all I wanted. I do give some deference towards the founding fathers but I don’t consider it the most important thing. I think logic and practicality and morality are more important.

It just so happens that for me all of those coincide with what the founding father put in the constitution.

We literally just had the leak of the pornhub guy who was saying how they are profitting off of rape videos.
And when he and the other employees brought it up to their CEO. the CEO said "I won't get caught" instead of actually stopping the monetization of rape videos on pornhub.

See, this is why I want to focus on crimes with a victim. If you prosecute this guy for doing porn in general, he'll be one of a thousand people complaining that this prosecution isn't fair, and most of the group he's in will have done only consensual things. You need to isolate the wrong doers so you can focus in on those specifically. Hence why I'm quite comfortable saying that if this is true, the CEO wasn't involved in a victimless crime, and should be shot.

But if you prosecute victimless crimes, even if he was convicted, you'd only really get him for a few years, while harming a bunch of people that were doing consensual stuff.
