They LITERALLY do not need a trial, they LITERALLY do not need to accuse you of a crime.
If they want to, they just can steal all your money. your car. your house. etc.
80% of those whose money is stolen by USA govt never get charged with a crime.
And 50% of the time when the police confiscates your cash, they confiscate less than 192$. Making it impractical to even contest. And when they seize all your money, you don't have the money to hire a lawyer to sue them. (and even if you sue... its very very hard to get anything back).
This was proposed as necessary in "the war on drugs". And never cancelled.
Also, the nationalization in this scenario is actually based on fines.
The standard fine for theft is treble (3x) the stolen amount.
Nationalizing the federal reserve is going to be worth LESS than 3x the amount of money they stole from the public via their money printing.
Furthermore, when they printed money it was also counterfeiting.
The fact they literally bribed govt officials to look the other way and say it is legal does not change the fact that they did it.
After all, back in the day owning slaves was legal.
Genocide is also always legal because the govt is the one doing it.
So when there is a shift in control of govt, you can bet your ass that the new govt is not forced to hold unto old corruptions.
Precedent for forefeiture goes all the way back to the very founding of the USA. where they just confiscates all the money and property of any american that supported the UK during the independence war.
And let us not forget the fact Obama
literally Nationalized the auto industry and school loans. That was in our lifetime.
