Washington's passed a bill requiring all electric vehicles by 2030.

More specifically, no year model of car later than 2030 can be sold except electrics. So older cars don't become illegal but newer gas vehicles will be. The bill includes infrastructure spending to build the necessary charging stations for all the electric cars they're expecting.

If this actually is still on the books by 2030, it'll be interesting to see just how many cars in Washington start having out-of-state plates.

Washington's MaPOP is hosting a week-long Drag-tastic summer camp for boys aged 6-12 to find their new drag personas, ending with a private showcase because that's not at all suspicious or creepy.
