Yes. Because the margin of victory was 10 votes and they could not resolve 139 discrepancies.
To quote a county elections official; "That's the only race in the entire election we have any concern related to the outcome. And it's because of the margin."
I dunno if it's because I'm cynical/pessimistic but I figured "guy who buys system is getting kickbacks for it" was the norm not the exception. That part is probably the least surprising thing there.

Explain why exactly would Brian Kemp and Brad Raffensperger be rigging an election in favour of Biden ?. If you say they are part of some nebulous deep-state, explain why they made Senator Perdue(An extreme pro-GOP establishment Senator) go into a runoff election against Ossoff) ?. If you claim it's democratic counties, explain why the GOP trifecta in Georgia let them get away with the rigging?
I don't think they are rigging it, I just think they are over confident. I have family in Cobb and are getting involved in the county level so.

Sargons new podast (the name is terrible) mostly focused on election fraud, starting with the better documented stuff, such as historical problems with electronic voting, and progresses to steady more pure rumor, such as a PA mobster claiming they manufactured 300,000 votes for $10 dollars a vote in a friends house.

Michigan normally has county-level certification of elections; if it fails, as in this case, it falls to the state board must choose whether or not to certify the results.
