Without looking at another map showing Muslim-dominant areas in France and the UK, the areas on that map showing high birth-rates do, from my memory, match up where a lot of "refugees" end up in France and the UK, and where a lot of the Pakistani migrant population lives in the UK [especially London and further North].here is a bar chart if you prefer, with newer data;

Anyways, Poland actually has a worse fertility rate than Bulgaria, but the problem is much of that "better number" is due to certain ethnic groups here, too.

What basically happens in Europe is we import third world rejects who steal, rape and suck on the teat of the governmnet because government's teat is getting dry due to too few productive young people.
We also have our local low/un-employed underclasses that also breed and collect benefits for it, thus producing a larger underclass of dumb, crime inclined welfare parasites.
And, to be brutally blunt, Islam and countries/areas that are Muslim-dominated like Pakistan and Palestine where these people originate have such high inbreeding rates that they're literally giving birth to generations of the mentally and physically disabled.
In Pakistan, there are basically entire villages where there are living vegetables being taken care of by their parents, deformities where they literally look like caricatures of monkeys [no, I'm not being racist, I mean they literally looked like chimps with the facial features and deformed skulls, ears, noses, and jaws], and in Gaza their IQ's are so low from fucking and marrying their first cousins and uncles that they are the very medical definition of being mentally retarded.
They're basically breeding like inbred rabbits where ever they go.

And all this is helped along by the disgusting, dysgenic liberal/leftist ideology, which farms the criminal underclass and other dregs of society and imports more.

Cousin marriage was done to a degree in japan btw, and the results there were not that bad as compared to the islamic examples, and it was also kind of the norm in pre-Christian Europe, but probably they knew where the limits were, too.
Also, some research conducted in Saudi Arabia comparing similar cohorts of children shows that the kids started with broadly the same IQ.
The Euroean kids gained 10 points through schooling and later development, while the Saudi kids LOST 10 points due to doctrinaire Islamic education and likely stuff like fasting and being forced to get up in the middle of the night for prayer.
