This is just getting weirder and weirder. Do we have any confirmation a Dominion voting place was hit? I hate to even entertain conspiracy theory stuff....but....in light of nothing concrete on this.....
I'm going to be real with you.
The chances of this being connected to Dominion is like, 5%. What is more likely is that left-wing trolls are shitting out false information to try and get people riled up, so as to discredit them. Does it really make sense to you that of all the states whose major city had a bomb go off, it was Nashville, Tennessee? Not one of the battleground states? And one that the Republicans won hands down?
Let's take a look at the facts as we know them.
1) The explosion came from an RV
2) There appears to have been a recording warning people off.
3) There has thus far, been no political statement linked to the attacks.
4) What appears to be human remains were found at the site.
5) Gunfire was heard in the same area and was what called the police to the site to begin with.
6) It was parked outside AT&T.
Now, what does this tell us?
If it were political (and having ruled out the election as a likely source of this), then there would have been some sort of political message. Either at the site, online, or through some sort of terrorist group. Take a look at the various terrorist groups we do know of. ANTIFA shows up in person with lots of people to smash a lot of things and beat people up. They do this because they view themselves as revolutionaries fighting the system. They WANT to be seen. They WANT you to know why they're there. And they WANT to strike back personally. Next look at the various ISIS groups; their attacks generally involve ramming large vehicles into people/things or shooting sprees. Because it is easier to train someone to do that than it is to train them how to make an explosive. Which is a very dangerous and delicate process. Nor has any terrorist group claimed responsibility for the attack.
There is the possibility that this attack was carried out by a Middle Eastern terrorist group who do not choose to send a message or that message has been repressed by authorities. If it's the former, then they've moved from demonstrating to what is basically open warfare. If it's the latter, we need to ask why our authorities are withholding such information and if they intend to continue to withhold said political information and if it's for political reasons. Attacking a vulnerable system like this doesn't really mean much if you don't intend to use the momentary panic and downed systems to commit your other attack/crime. Of course, if it were an ME terrorist group, it doesn't make sense that they would try to warn away infidels.
Nor was AT&T what most would consider a political target. A church? A mosque? Or political building? Or a politically controversial business? All those might assume to have political motivation behind their attacks. This had none of those. Nor do I think it's likely to be organized crime, because there is nothing to be had here. If they were running a protection racket on the store, then they wouldn't have blown up the store itself. Nor, if they were inclined to such violence--if this were a hit, they wouldn't warn someone off.
That leaves the personnel.
Love Quarrel
Someone who was rejected in the workplace, perhaps a love triangle, or some other romantic association that drove someone over the edge. What is bizarre is the timeframe. The initial gunfire burst was allegedly heard at 4:30 AM. A second burst was heard at around 5:30 AM. The vehicle was discovered at this time at around 6:30 AM it detonated. It just doesn't seem to fit a lover's quarrel. Which would generally jut involve someone going in and killing those involved.
Disgruntled Employee
This is the most likely case. The attacker may have hated his co-workers and his job and would thus be motivated to carry out a personal shooting and a bombing. It would also explain the warning that the attacker gave from the RV; the intent would thus be that the attacker would carry out a shooting against those who "deserved it" and used the RV to damage the building as an attack upon his job. What is odd is that in order for this to be the case, the attacker allowed for a one hour timeframe from when he began his attack for the bomb to begin warning and counting down and two hours for the explosion.
Distraction
There is also another angle for this. The RV explosion might have been intended as a distraction. Regardless of the intent behind the actual attack, the actual RV explosion may have been a distraction. Generally, people plan shootings or bombs--they generally, to my knowledge, don't do both. The timeframe itself is also odd. The RV was spotted in the area three hours before the alleged shootings.
Assuming that the shootings and the explosion are linked, it seems to me that the RV might have been a distraction. The attacker gives himself one hour to pull of whatever it is he intends to do. After that hour, the RV starts to blare a warning. Once the warning is given, the RV waits an hour before going off. The explosion happens and the immediate assumption is some sort of terrorist attack.
Let's back up though. What might have happened if the RV wasn't wired to blow? Well, the gunshots would have been the central focus of everyone's attention. Instead, the police don't chase down the shooter, because they need to evacuate the area because of a bomb threat. After the attack, the police are going to be tied up trying to provide assistance and securing the site. Anyone fleeing the area would simply be seen as someone trying to get clear of an announced bomb attack.
The attacker could have had a secondary car--hence why the RV might have been seen so early in the morning. Or they might have simply fled through the Nashville transport system (although this would carry the risk of being spotted by cameras on the bus after the fact). That would allow the perp at least two hours to escape, as everyone would be too busy attending to the bomb threat (before and after) to give real chase. Take a look at the map:
www.google.com
You could be well out of Nashville by the time the bomb actually went off.
If you had a secondary car, you activate the bomb's countdown before you leave the building or otherwise you time it (in fact, you might have been forced to wait until it had begun). Either way, you depart at 5:30 AM. You flee to a nearby parking lot where your other car is stashed or to a bus station terminal. If anyone tries to stop you, you scream bomb threat. Or maybe you walk. This might take you 5-15 minutes depending on distance or more of transportation. If you're taking a bus, you simply hop on the first bus that comes in the area that is heading away from the explosion. It takes you to a secondary location (perhaps your home or a lot) and you jump in your car (or settle in, if you don't intend to flee). Before the hour is up, if you intend to flee, you can get out of the heart of Nashville well within 20 minutes. Maybe worse if traffic is bad. Within a few hours, you'll be in a neighboring state.
I will say that the explosives suggest to me a distraction, but this is all conjecture with little facts at hand.
But it is most certainly NOT politically motivated.
