Not just the first name, but the rest of it.

The T's ain't the location of all the problem though. There's a bunch of decent T's who bother no one. Full on FTM adult transitioners do nothing wrong. There are a bunch of soy bois with a lesbian fetish who decide to transition, they are a problem. Other groups of fakers/trenders are also problems.
Let's be honest, the "LGB Culture" in the western world, and the US in particular is basically built on a foundation of hedonism, and the Slippery Slope was very real despite the messaging of the 90s and early 00s.

Step 1 for the LGBs is cleaning their own culture up, and cutting down on the month long celebration of public sexual perversions. No more half naked dancing in front of kids, no more dildo ring toss events at "family friendly" locations.

Step 2 is separating themselves from the Ts entirely, transgender ideology is inherently at odds with LBG ideology, and in fact invalidates the "we were born this way" argument of inherent characteristics that were the cornerstone of the Gay Marriage debates of the late 90s, early 00s.

Step 3 is finding an actual working solution for those Ts actually suffering gender dysphoria, a mental illness, that isn't a physical surgery that does almost nothing to fix the insanely high suicide rates among the community.

I firmly believe that an adult can fuck whoever they like behind closed doors, but we have went beyond "love is love" and deep dove straight into " Diet Melnibone Orgy" territory, because again, the non existence of the Slippery Slope was greatly overstated.

That is what gay culture is. It's shit, and inherently sex oriented. It's also been constantly getting better (until recently). Verse where it a few decades ago, the fact that gay relationships are actually having families is a huge improvement. What's happening is that LGBT (yes, the T's also) are finally leaving the culture, as it isn't necessary, which lets the remaining people (when normal people have been selfselecting out of the culture) to control it.

And the culture itself (ignoring the kid stuff for a second) is actually moderating as well, even despite normals leaving. The issue is that they think that the culture is sufficiently moderate that it's okay to have kids everywhere.

Please note I'm saying it's moderated in respect to what it was, not that it is moderate.

Step 2 is separating themselves from the Ts entirely, transgender ideology is inherently at odds with LBG ideology, and in fact invalidates the "we were born this way" argument of inherent characteristics that were the cornerstone of the Gay Marriage debates of the late 90s, early 00s.
It isn't. The separation isn't needed, and it's stuck like this.
Step 3 is finding an actual working solution for those Ts actually suffering gender dysphoria, a mental illness, that isn't a physical surgery that does almost nothing to fix the insanely high suicide rates among the community.
If an adult wants to transition, there is nothing wrong with that. It works for people. It also doesn't work for people without it. They are adults, they own their bodies.

I firmly believe that an adult can fuck whoever they like behind closed doors, but we have went beyond "love is love" and deep dove straight into " Diet Melnibone Orgy" territory, because again, the non existence of the Slippery Slope was greatly overstated.
Gay culture was always fucked (take it from a bi guy). It didn't so much fall off a cliff, it's more that while it was still far from normal, someone got the idea to shove it in kids faces because equality.

A lapsed pedo (the other option) is the stereotypical teacher sleeping with a highschooler, and they do care about sex
I think "Statutory Pedophile" is a better description, because it comes down to the lack of any legal distinction between nominally sexually mature (as in physically capable of reproduction) adolescents in the 14-17 range with knowing reciprocity and pre-adolescents who have nothing in that area even starting to develop that tend to suffer severe psychological damage.

A lot of the issues with "child pornography" and "pedophilia" as criminal charges comes back to the fact they were designed with sub-14 year olds as the original subject, then the age of majority crept up well into what was firmly seen as "young adult" when these crimes were first codified for the very sensible reason that it's actually difficult to stop them from fucking eachother.

Let's be honest, the "LGB Culture" in the western world, and the US in particular is basically built on a foundation of hedonism, and the Slippery Slope was very real despite the messaging of the 90s and early 00s.
The strange paradox is that the bulk has been becoming less hedonistic pretty much continuously since the movement started as the legal and cultural victories grind away the prior barriers to behaving normally as an open homosexual, but the appearance is the opposite because the dedicated activists need to keep pushing, no matter how nonsensical it becomes.

Additionally, the activism needed to be in-your-face sexuality advertising because a primary basis of how the suppression of homosexuality functioned was denying that it "actually" existed, so the Pride Parades were started with the mission statement of "Vigorously Bludgeon Major Population Centers Into Recognizing We Are A Thing".

Probably murdered 5 whites or conservatives. So they kept on letting him out.
They never expected him to go after their precious alphabet people

I doubt it based on hate speech not being a law anywhere. Also, I know he had a charge for kidnapping, but that's about it.

I have not heard anything about a murder either (other than the 5 he just got done doing).

No that is what he is being charged with after this shooting.

He has made bomb threats to his mom and was released for that.

Also his name is Anderson Lee Aldrich

Face of the shooter is top image. Pretty white, not sure why they didn't run with that. Maybe they thought it was gay-on-gay violence and wanted to cover it up?

The American public have the attention span of fruit flies and generally the same level of intelligence.

Much like the Miami club shooting, this will fade into the background within a month and be forgotten likely within three.

…May expand the timeline a little due to the guy being white instead of a Mohameden.

This won’t do any lasting damage to the anti-woke movement overall, not while drag queen story time is still a thing and definitely not while the woke cultists are still actively pushing for the castration, chemical or otherwise, of children.

Give it a month and some new atrocity will come out of the school or legal systems, and any momentum lost because of this idiot will rebound quickly.

There are unconstitutional laws everywhere.
Such as all the anti 2nd amendment laws.
So I wouldn't at all be surprised if they gave him a hatespeech criminal record.

To be fair mass shootings should not be made into big news. It encourages more mass shootings.

There are not hate speech laws that last 5 minutes in the US, even in practice. That's simply not a thing, even the ACLU will go after them, and they've gone way woke. Look, America's got problems, but we are so much better than Europe/Canada at this shit.

You are flat out wrong.

There are lots of anti hate speech laws in the usa being upheld. particularly those related to antisemitism.

There is a couple in prison right now for flying the confederate flag. this was determined by the judge to be a "death threat" towards all liberals.

Alex jones was fined 1 billion dollars for his "spreading rumors" / "hatespeech".
etc etc

Yeah, this is wrong. Completely wrong.

Alex Jones is the only close to right thing here, and he sued, not fined, for defamation, not hate speech. And he a) maybe completely fucked his own case with discovery, and b) got a decent chance on appeal as well.

The couple? The guy decided to grab his shotgun from his truck and threaten a black kids birthday party with it. He wasn't arrested for hate speech.

Try again. We don't got hate speech laws here. We do have hate crime laws, but those are enhancement sentences that just mean you get in more trouble if the crime was racially motivated, but there still has to be a normal crime in the first place.

eh. this basically amounts to "he wasn't fined, he was fined".
everyone knows what this is about.

> "the government can't restrict your speech. but megacorps can at govt request"
> "the government can't restrict your speech. but other citizens can with the govt acting as enforcer."

It is simply a bypass that gets around the law

Eventually this might get to the supreme court and they will probably strike it down.
But typically this takes many years to climb up to the supreme court rather than 5 minutes. If it even happens
Fair enough there. I was mixing up two different cases.
I think I got this case in the UK (not USA) mixed up with the case you linked

Try again.
Alright. public college campuses regularly kick out people for "hate speech". Despite the fact that they are funded by the taxpayer. And are considered a form of government (school boards are elected. and you colleges field their own police)

Then you have the FBI raiding and harassment of project veritas

Yeah I think we're at the point where we can safely say the First Amendment is under grievous assault by the Government. Weaponizing laws meant to protect private citizens to shield itself from criticism (Alex Jones.) and weaponizing private companies in unholy private-public partnerships (Blacklists, deplatforming, debanking etc.) and Federal Law "Enforcement to rape the constitution in a desperate bid to retain power.

This is why I believe the Right needs to call a constitutional convention and pass an amendment or two that grants right to access for citizens so that Banks cannot refuse to do business with anyone under any circumstances with the exception of convictions for money laundering. Why I think companies like Blackrock, Adidas and JPMorgan need to be liquidated and their owners and CEO's treated the same way Pablo Escobar was.

Judges should face a treason trial with the death penalty as a sentencing option for doing what they did in the Jones lawsuits etc.

Would that crash the global economy and completely wreck the professional classes?

Yes...But those are both I believe unironically good things. The whole global system needs to be pulled down and redesigned with the UN only existing as a means to ensure trade...No more usurpation of sovereign nations and their rights. No more NGO's and no more global financial institutions with the power to engage in social engineering.

It's time the free market return to being free and some genuinely brutal Darwinian competition returns to it. Cast the Dies, let them fall where they may.

Make Government power and cartels 1790's levels again!

I honestly think you will see something like that happen eventually.

The problem is people during a modern phase of a civilizational life cycle have to do pretty much do everything before you see a mass return to tradition. So in other words its going to be a long suck but it will most likely happen.
