Will it? What if the Seattle mayor and council more or less accede to the idea that an independent commune has been constructed within the city itself? Thus refusing to let the police go in on grounds it’s “repressing black people” or whatever.

I honestly don't think it's going to be up to them as they have shown gross incompetence. A situation like that likely goes to someone higher on the food chain. I suppose technically if its a foreign country its a State Department matter
