"Brucetta" (Jaws 3) vs Gen 2 Female (Deep Blue Sea)

The 35 foot long female Great White Shark from Jaws 3 is pitted up against the 40 foot (yeah I know the model was 'only' 26 foot long, the CGI is scaled up though) female Mako Shark from Deep Blue Sea, to establish who is the meaner scarier B-Grade monster.
Scenarios
1: In a large deep open ocean
2: In a more confined lagoon from Jaws 3
3: How many Quints does it take to stop the two working together?

A feel like the gene-boosted Mako would make mincemeat of the regular Great White... I'm pretty sure they're gene-boosted (and have some sort of mutation that makes them extremely aggressive) canonically anyway, been a minute since I've seen DBS.

Yeah the Makos from DBS are genetically engineered to grow larger (to fit an ever enlarging brain).

To be fair, the great whites from the Jaws franchise are hardly the regular shark either, Bruce a 25 footer managed to stay under with 3 barrels stuck into him, and the one from Jaws 4 somehow swam from Amity island to Bahamas in no time at all.
